Robin the retail associate was helpful and friendly. I went to purchase a protein which was no longer on sale but expiring shortly. I asked if they then could honor the sales price. The manager came over, said he would not, pulled the product off the shelf and walked it into the stockroom. He was so apathetic I would never shop here again. Zero customer service skills. Worst manager I have encountered at such a great company.

They have a variety of wide selections and very friendly. I was looking around all the Vitamin Shoppe and GNC for a product which all have failed to provide me except here. I made a quick call and they have kindly verified that the product was available.
