I went to Dr Loren for a second opinion with my 2 year old. She was right on. Since my daughter was only 2 she had to be put under sedation. Had the procedure with Dr. Michele. Since then I’ve had 3 additional appointments. My daughter who is now 4 is very comfortable with both dentist, hygienist, and assistance. I never wait in the Manhasset office and I am very happy with them. Will definitely stay with them.
I did hear some negative experiences friends had in the Merrick office with the staff which is upsetting since recommend often. Now I recommend only to the Manhasset office.

My children have been pts there for about 3 years now. The office is nice, never a wait, staff has always been nice and pleasant until our most recent visit. Had a procedure done with Dr. Loren, found her to be condescending with her responses to my questions. Also she and her assistant had a full conversation over my child’s head while performing the procedure, very bad taste. Even my child noticed they were speaking above her and found it rude. They did stop their conversations every once in a while to call her sweetie and tell her what great job she was doing. This being said never had a bad experience in the past Will give them another try.

This place is amazing my 4 year old kid loves going to the dentist now. They are very gentle this place is the best go here and let your kids not be afraid if the dentist

I was very unhappy with my experience here. Fortunately, I found another dentist who agreed that my daughter did not need fillings on her baby teeth. Since I don’t have insurance, I saved a few hundred dollars.

I have never in my life been to a better dentist. The office is warm and friendly. The staff is extremely wonderful and Dr Michele could not be better. She is AWESOME. They are really as good as it gets.
