Great customer service. Bought a Dahon bike, along with requisite accessories, and found the entire process to be exemplary. I am a baby boomer who, after years of not using a bike, decided to get back into riding for fitness purposes. They took my goals into account and found the perfect bike for me. Highly recommend!

I just want to personally thank Andrew at Brickwell’s Cycling & Multisport Shop in Manhasset. On Friday I came out to the store to pick up my registration packet for the Huntington Triathlon. First off, the store is very easy to get to from the train. Next, this being my first tri, I still needed to get cycle shoes. Andrew helped me try on a bunch of different shoes and then within a matter of 10 minutes I got shoes, got the clips put on them, and because I still needed to get back to the train station he personally drove me there. Way above and beyond any kind of service one would expect. Then on Sunday morning was the tri but again, first one, and on a borrowed bike, I had a flat tire. Andrew was there at 6am and was able to change out the tube, give me some great last minute instructions/​advice (first time riding in clip in pedals) and I was off! My first tri experience became a great one and that was in large part because of Andrew being extremely nice, helpful, friendly, and overall awesome!

The best bike shop/​store in New York period. I went to R & A cycles and the vibe there is like a New York minute rush rush rush.
Russell took his time over the phone answered all my questions and I still hadn’t decided which store to go to or bike to buy. KC made the purchasing process very easy and with no pressure. I got a Cervelo S3. You can drop by and ask questions, and get training on anything that has to do with your bike.
Matt the mechanic has knowledge second to none. He is very friendly and also can help you with the store merchandise so that your needs are fully met.
Today I picked up my new bike and met the President of the company Mr. Andrew Motola who knows his customers on a first name basis. Very affable person who is going to work with you. The whole team looks to nurture their customers.
You will never go wrong when purchasing from BRICKWELL There customer acumen is excellent. Five star business!!!

I came here yesterday for a very informative (and free) session on proper bicycle fit and riding mechanics. The class was co-​taught by Matt and Russ from Brickwell, in conjunction with trainer and triathlete Sharon from Excel PT. Although I didn’t buy anything last night, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brickwell and their excellent staff to any cycling enthusiasts!
First off, the store isn’t the biggest bike shop you’ll enter, but they have multiple store locations and plenty of inventory between them. This store in particular has a good selection of bikes (mostly road/​tri), accessories, and apparel, all neatly arranged amongst a backdrop of motivational quotes printed around the perimeter walls.
Prior to the class, Andrew (the owner) had a nice spread of veggies, pretzels and flavored/​vitamin waters set up. Him and the two aforementioned Brickwell staffers greeted guests as we came in. After Sharon spoke about proper cycling form (back/​posture, pedal stroke, etc.) the Brickwell gents took over and discussed the resources available to ensure your bike fits your body. Russ compared us all to snowflakes in that even though we’re all different, there are enough similarities that make it quick and easy for these guys to ensure a proper bike fit. At their Syosset location, Brickwell offers a really cool-​sounding dynamic fitting. Similar to a visit with the eye doctor, they get you pedaling on a bike and make minute adjustments to the seat, handlebars, and pedals without having to stop you in-​between.
When asked about bike seat fitting, they performed one right on the spot for the guy who asked — it took less than five minutes and they explained each step of the process. Russ and Matt were both awesome, and I was admittedly surprised at (a) how much the technology has advanced, and (b) how knowledgable and on top of their craft these guys were!
I love my Trek 6000 mountain bike, but despite the regular tune-​ups, it’s starting to show its age. I will make these guys my first stop (and hopefully my last) when it comes time to replace my beloved Trek.

Brickwell is the best. I don’t let anyone touch my bike except for Alex, Andrew and crew. They are so knowledge able. I have been working with them for a year. They took time in the process of me on my Tri bike. They upgraded my wheels this year to zipps. They are priced well. When I bring my bike in for service I know that it is being worked on correctly and they are looking out for my best interest. By for the best place to get your bike and triathlon gear. I would recommend this place to anyone. I have been using them since i got into triathlons and they have helped me learn more and alter my bike to my needs.

I posted the same (excellent) review to Brickwell Great Neck since I purchased my spin shoes and wetsuit there but I bought my Orbea road bike and compression socks at the Manhasset location so I am reviewing both stores.
My first positive Brickwell experience started a year ago with the purchase of spin shoes. The staff at Brickwell was extremely helpful and suggested affordable and high quality shoes. I am very happy with my spin shoes and have continued to purchase running apparel, asics nimbus running shoes, blue seventy wetsuit for triathlons, tyr goggles, tyr swimsuit, compression socks and my latest purchase — a beautiful Orbea road bike. Alex and Andrew were extremely helpful and I will continue to make my multisport purchases at Brickwell Great Neck and Brickwell Manhasset.

Great Place, customer service was outstanding!!! They corrected a problem that I made (not them) without hesitation. Would recommend this store to anybody looking for bikes or accessories!!!
