Pineapple Gallery

Stop clipping the Michael’s and Hobby Lobby coupons, and go to the Pineapple Gallery. They are the same price, sometimes actually less, and you will be dealing with a husband and wife team, and a local business. They’ve framed things for me for 20 years now, and they have a great eye for what will look great, not just good, great! They have a gallery in their store, supporting local artists, another added plus.

Wish I could give them 10 stars! I have a beautiful painting — it took me a year to find it and the gallery in Las Vegas 2 months to ship it, so I assumed it would take forever to get it stretched & framed. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! A number of people told me about a place in the city, but I was dreading the drive across the causeway, when a friend suggested Pineapple Gallery. (Her MIL gets her stuff framed here) They had a nice selection of sleek, more modern frames, but they helped me select a beautiful traditional frame that accents the piece beautifully! (The price was very reasonable based on what I chose and had them do) Best part, was they had it completed within 48hrs! Now yes it was just after the holidays, not too busy and they had everything in stock, so this turn around was quicker than normal, but I was impressed none the less. So now I get to enjoy the artwork that I’ve waited so long for and a fabulous new place to get my treasures framed!

This place is a great framing shop. I just had my first two photos framed there, and the end product looks fantastic. I don’t know how much custom framing costs, but their prices were in line with what I was expecting, and plus, I had a Groupon that got me about half-​off of the two framing jobs. The framing gallery is full-​service and the owner was very nice, and extremely professional. He was patient and helped me pick out frame and matte colors that complemented my photos very well. Furthermore, he took the finished product down to the UPS store and arranged to have it shipped to me at no extra cost beyond UPS quoted shipping rates. Only thing I wish is that there were more contemporary/​minimalist styles of frame to choose from as most were rather ornate and definitely not my style. All in all, I loved the finished product and would absolutely bring my business back.
