My story — I first went to Wireless EMT because my screen on my iPhone 4 was completely shattered. It was my third stop and my final because they had THE BEST PRICES. They quickly repaired my front and back screens. About two weeks later my phone would randomly turn off and turn back on when plugged into the charger. One day, it didn’t turn back on at all. I went back to Wireless EMT hoping they could help me. I gave them some time to trouble shoot the phone, they offered me a loaner phone and then I returned back a couple hours later. They had sent my phone to be looked at by one of their other technicians, they explained the work they had to do (on the motherboard). I, very concerned, asked how much it would be. They stated it will be free of charge because they had worked on my phone in the past and back up their work with a 90 day guarantee. AMAZING. My phone would be another hour before it was ready and I had to go to work — they offered to bring my phone to me at work and offered me a loaner phone again. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND the necessary. A GREAT company.
There’s no way, in my opinion, they could have done the damage when they simply fixed the screen. They take responsibility and their goal of keeping the customer happy is apparent. They definitely understand how much phones mean to people these days.
