I was here just today and the experience was pretty refreshing; and talk about convenient, you simply sit in your car through the whole process, half hour or less in and out. The guys I encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I honestly cannot think of one bad or partially negative aspect of the entire experience. If you’re pressed for time and need a LOF go to Valvoline on South Willow Street.

I have been coming to this location for oil change and some other routine maintenance for several years now and they are always fast and informative. My most recent trip I had an issue where my hood wouldn’t open, and they spent 30 minutes trying to open it(and succeeded). I would definitely recommend coming here for your basic upkeep of your car.

Excellent customer service. I felt that Noah and Craig were so nice and helpful. I really felt like they valued customer service and quality over making money for their company. I really recommend them.

These guys almost cost me a new engine. Don’t trust your car to them. I had them change the oil in my 2002 Range Rover HSE yesterday because I was planning on driving up to the mountains for some skiing today. A few miles out of town on Route 93N, my car severely overheated causing all sorts of alarms on my dash. Turns out that the cooling system overflow cap was not properly re-tightened after they topped up the coolant, causing the system to lose pressure and most of the coolant to boil away as steam. By letting the car cool down and putting snow in the coolant tank, I managed to persuade the car to limp to a nearby store, where I purchased several gallons of water and refilled the coolant system slowly while the temperature dropped below boiling point. Once there was enough water in the system, and I tightened the cap properly, the car started running fine and the temperature stayed at the proper level for the drive back. Now I have to get the coolant system drained and refilled because I don’t want the water I put in there to freeze. Not only did these guys almost cost me a new engine, and forced me to cancel a trip, I now have to spend more money to undo the damage they caused. It does not require a lot of knowledge or competence to properly tighten a coolant system cap and the consequences for not doing this could be very serious, especially in an old English car. So these guys are either incompetent, or they just don’t care about doing things properly. Either way, I am taking my car somewhere else, and you should too.

I’ve delayed getting my oil changed before, but this whole process is easy and cheap. They did a quick once-over on my tires and other fluids, I stayed in the car, and the whole thing took ten minutes. With this kind of service, there’s no reason to not get your oil changed.
