Mark was great. Helped me with a hell of a deal. Had to go threw two lenders and appraisals, but he was a rock star and negotiated some helpful things when the deal took longer then expected. Always a quick response and great availability.

Mark Warden from Team Porcupine Real Estate is wonderful! From start to finish, he made the home buying experience smooth and easy, from recommending a stellar mortgage broker, to attending our closing. There were even a few surprise gifts waiting for us at our new home!
Mark is detailed oriented and responsive. As an early mover of the Free State Project, which is concentrating pro-​liberty individuals in New Hampshire, Mark lives his ideals: He is «all in» with «fullest practical effort,» and while real estate is his job, liberty is his passion and mission. He hires fellow Porcupines, refers them for jobs, and on top of everything, he supports Porcupine ventures and the FSP through donations and his time. Mark has probably been to more move-​in parties than any other person in the community!

Amy & Mark worked with us for over a year to help us find the right property. We lost a few along the way but Amy kept showing us listings and always had a smile on her face. They promptly answered all questions and quickly responded to emails and text messages. We eventually locked on to the right home and the closing was smooth and seamless. If you’re in the market for a home, you can’t go wrong with Porcupine Realty. They also hooked us up with a great finance guy (Chris Nadeau, RMS Mortgage) who facilitated the money end of things.

Mark Warden and his assistant Amy are AMAZING! I was in the real estate business for 3 years in Los Gatos CA and I have to be up front, I have never met two of the most honest and easy going agents ever. They have made my families move from CA to NH as easy and worry free as possible. Not to mention the fabulous listings they have. I not only give them 5 our 5 stars, I consider them both new friends. As far as I’m concerned I would only use them in the NH area. Simply the best on all levels. It is so refreshing to find realtors that are still looking out for the client and not just their wallets.
