Rose Viola Rainville claims she brings her experience as a realtor to Tankworks. If that is true, you had better run, not walk, away from this company. My husband and I had moved to Manchester to a hotel, where we stayed on a temporary weekly basis, always paying promptly at a. We submitted applications(some of which cost us) to several apartments, one of which was owned by Ms. Rainville. She called to accept our application and arranged a time and place so we could sign the lease and move in. We turned down other opportunities. My husband took the day off from work and we arranged for a truck and movers; all at significant cost, and showed up at Tankworks with our vehicle packed and ready to sign the lease. She not only didn’t show, but left a message with the receptionist that said she decided we «didn’t fit». She would not return our phone calls, and never even. apologized. We were left high and dry with all our possessions on the vehicle and no place to go. We had to re-rent at a hotel at an exhorbitant rate because we had given up our motel room and turned down other rental units. The whole debacle cost us many hundreds of dollars. If her so-called«professionalism which she claims as part of her advertisement is an asset to her business, Tankworks, I would never use them. SInce she places her so-called professionalism and integrity as an issue in her business, then her treatment of people as a realtor is extremely relevant. By the way, this situation occurred while she was part of Tankworks. We ended up eventually renting another unit which is beautiful and well-maintained, and we pay our rent on time, usually before the first of the month and keep the place as immaculate as when we moved in. Ms. Rainville’s apartment remained vacant at some time. This also makes me question her business judgment. Unfortunately, we are still out the money her action s cost us.
