Went in for a gel manicure and it came out terrible. It looks like I paid $ 30 to have my nails painted by a 5 year old. Also she made my cuticles bleed on 3 fingers and said nothing!!!

Came in for a pedicure with a couple of friends, and I had a less than ideal experience. The woman who was doing the pedicure was more interested in talking to her friends than doing her job. And when she did, it was a mediocre and half assed. She even was so distracted she cut my cuticle and I was bleeding. I had to tell her, she didn’t even notice. Overall, I think it was a bad experience and the place itself was dirty. Not worth the 45 I spent.

They did a great job! I asked for pink and whites on my toes for a special event and even though that’s a very difficult task, the woman did wonderful work! They look amazing! Thank you!

Got a mani/pedi combo for $ 50. The service from the technician was polite and she was trying to make my experience relaxing but the salon was very loud with all the technicians talking to each other over the clientele, tv and music. The pedi was not detailed enough to my liking and I still had some rough skin on my heel(I don’t think they use high quality products for lotions and skin softener, just generic cheap stuff). I could still see unpolished toe nail on the sides of my nails so from a distance the pedi looks good but when you look up close you can see imperfections in the surface of the polish(doesn’t look nice and smooth) and still unfinished on the sides. Mani was a little better but again, lack of attention to detail. If you want a nice, relaxing professional spa experience don’t go here, pay the few extra dollars for a real spa. If you want a quick mani/pedi and you aren’t looking for perfection or a nice experience then this place will get the job done. Also, they do not take Amex and gave me a heck of a time when I told her I will have to call my fiancé to come and pay for me. As I was waiting for him to come and pay I used the mall restroom and the girl from the spa literally followed me to the bathroom and back to the nail place. They were INCREDIBLY rude when I told her I didn’t have any other payment and I had to call someone. I told them that they should post on the door what payments they accept so people know. They must not know that Amex cardholders tend to spend more(i.e. make larger purchases) and do not want to accept the card because of the supposedly higher merchant fee. I feel that this place thinks lowly of their clientele and is fake nice to them to get them to spend/buy more. They only want to accept cash so they probably don’t have to claim it on their taxes? Needless to say, I won’t be going back here.

I’m new to the Londonderry area and was heading to the Manchester mall to run some quick errands. I figured I would get my nails done since the place I’ve been going to was now to far a drive. There was only a few women getting pedicures when I walked in. They asked me what I wanted and I said a shellac manicure. Now, I usually pay about $ 20 not including tip at my old place. This place had a price of $ 15 for a manicure, but the receptionist said it would be $ 27…$ 27??? She said it was for the shellac. I figured maybe because of the area, being in the mall and all, it was more expensive, but this place was literally charging me 12 extra dollars because I wanted shellac polish instead. Once I agreed, I sat down and was told it would be an extra $ 5 to take the polish off. I actually laughed out loud. I stood right back up and said… ALLSET, I’m not giving you money to take my polish off, that should be INCLUDED in a manicure. I’ve never heard of such a thing. She told me JUSTTHISTIMESHEWOULDN’T CHARGEME!!! I huffed and sat back down. She then pulled out the tools which I was pleasantly surprised were packaged. I was impressed, not many places use new tools like that. The manicure itself wasn’t bad at all, it was more of the behavior of the employees. One gent was sitting next to me singing with ear buds in. All the employees were giggling and laughing… this went on for at least 20 minutes… The final straw came when my manicurist carried on a conversation with another employee across the room. This usually isn’t a problem with me except that she kept stopping to turn around and talk. It was all and all a frustrating experience. I will NOT be back. I did give 2 stars because the tools were very clean and the manicure didn’t end up horrible.

I have been going to this nail salon for 6 months I’d say. Every time I go there I ask how long the wait is and they say«few minutes» and I never know how long I’m going to wait. This time today I showed up at 10 am(when they open) on a Monday morning and they take me immediately. I had a shellac already on and my nails were soaking in acetone for ten minutes when another customer walked in. My nail technician took her instead and told me to soak my nails for«few more minutes…» AFTER30MINUTESOFWAITING with my hands submerged in acetone I asked how much longer it was going to be because I had already been there for 30 minutes and they had taken two people who had gotten there AFTER me. They told me another ten minutes and I told them I was going to go elsewhere if I don’t get a discount… They gave me a measly $ 3 off and then the nail technician was very rude to me. After being there for an hour and a half I tell the lady there is a black hair in my nail and she tells me it’s my fault… WOW. To say the least, I will NOTBEBACKEVERAGAIN! RUDE!

Under new management and best manicure i’ve ever received! You can make an appointment or just walk in, they are very accommodating! Everyones very nice and they make sure your happy with your manicure, even if it means closing late! Prices are very fair esp compared to the rest in the area. I highly recommend them! They don’t have any hidden fees. They told me the price of everything I wanted done up front. My nails have never looked better! Highly highly recommend!

Had my nails done at this place before the dance at school. Services were good and the staffs there are awesome. Reasonable prices and Very friendly atmosphere. Love the design they did for me. I would always come here and if anyone ask, I would totally recommend to come here. Ps they just transferred to a new owner, and made some changes so much better now!

This was my first pedicure. The experience was nice and my toes still look perfect after 5 weeks.

I have been coming here for years and always have gotten acrylics and loved them. I switched over to shellac to let my natural nails grow and get stronger, but was seriously disappointed in the service. First it took me 2 hours to complete my manicure, not 2 hours sitting waiting for an available tech, 2 hours of a tech working on my nails! The girl doing my nails started with the color I wanted, white, and did about 40 layers without curing which looked terrible and would not cure at all. Then I was told that they can’t do white and my tech picked out a color for me. It wasn’t at all what I would of picked for myself but by that time I just needed to get out of there because I had somewhere to be. I was still charged full price even though my receipt said they took $ 3 off. Upon getting home I had to file my own nails because they were all uneven and looked terrible. Fast forward to 4 days later and all my polish has started peeling off. I will never get another gel manicure here again.
