Great food, low price. It’s why I’d go to any McDonald’s. It’s America’s restaurant!

Tried to order a hamburger at 4:02. The woman just spun the sign and refused my order. Count me among the thousands who gave now given up on McDonald’s and their poor customer service.

McDonald’s needs to come a long way to serve edible food. The chicken nuggets must be compressed chicken parts, definitely not chicken pieces. The fries we’re semi warm and flavorless. When I went to order a dish of ice cream… the server tried to give me a cone… second server tried to give me a cone in a cup. Finally got it right and they charged me for both. Had to explain to manager to get refund. Obviously English was a second language for all three.
Won’t be back to McDonald’s again… prefer Dairy Queen. They serve «real» food.

Great place for a fast and good breakfast and they always have good hamburgers and cheeseburgers and I really like to go there for breakfast and a coffee with my friends. I’m sure you will enjoy it. Try it, believe me you will like it.

Great for breakfast! Good service and the people working there aren’t bad people. Only complaint I have is that when going to the drive through at night many times I have had to wait a veryyyy long time, but whether that is due to the staff or the customers is unknown.

I used to frequent the Starbucks drive-​thru on Deming Street once or twice a week, until one morning I got tired of their long lines, overpriced coffee, and overly-​sweet flavors. That morning, I decided to turn into the McDonald’s drive-​thru, right across the way. Great decision! I didn’t have high expectations for the flavor of McDonald’s coffee, but I’m pleasantly surprised. And $ 1 for any size? You can’t beat that.
But the MAIN reason I’m writing this review is because I am very pleased with their customer service! In the past few weeks alone, I’ve noticed an obvious improvement in their customer service. Not that it was bad before! I’m just noticing different details… I wonder if they have a new training program or something? Every single McDonald’s employee I’ve dealt with at the drive-​thru window has greeted me with and ear-​to-​ear-​smile, and a polite, cheery attitude.

I had a interesting experience with McDonald’s Drive –Theu. I spoke my order, paid, then the problem began. The McDonald’s server, handed me our ice cream cones, and I asked for napkins and she had no clue what the word meant! Clearly, she could not understand me which frustrated both parties. She even handed me the customer who was ahead of me, their partial order. It wasn’t until another female came to her rescue that I finally received my napkins and we were off on our way into the sunset.

Been to this McDonald’s two times since I’ve moved to Manchester and I have to say I am thoroughly pleased with the results. Yes, the food is your typical American McDonald’s so I don’t need to review the food at all… however, the employees make me smile all the time. Super nice.

Okay so I know this is McDonalds and we know the crap that’s there. I just wanted to give a big shout out to that Newman’s Own coffee! That is some good stuff right there and for a dollar, how can you go wrong?
I went yesterday with the kiddies to get them some trans fat with a side of pink slime preservatives because mama was not in a mood to cook and daddy was barbequing too late for a school night. I ordered my coffee and it was perfect! I mean it was complex and really friggin robust! Me likey.

Just an update, this is currently under going a complete make-​over. I wonder what’s going to happen to the play scape in the front, because that was one of the draws of this particular McDs.

What can I say? Going through the drive-​thru here with some frequency to pick up free and paid-​for McCafe drinks is enough to take me back to the golden days of my work life when I spent two years devoting myself to McDonalds Inc.
The staff members here are disinterested in the guests at the window, there is no friendly hello or goodbye or have a nice night. And nine times out of 10 they get the order right. The auto-​recording that plays when you pull-​up is irritating, but the McCafe is worth all the irritations and the one time that they might put ice in the «please don’t put ice in my iced coffee» request that the boyfriend makes.
So it’s McDonalds. What do you want? It’s quick, it’s cheap, it gets the job done.
