Wow, this place is so much improved under new ownership !! Before, it was home-​town friendly, but you couldn’t find anything on your own, you had to ask for everything — buried under piles of dusty old boxes of stuff that had been there for years. Now, it’s bright and well organized and everything is easy to find and uncluttered. Kudos to the new owner for smarting the place up. Now this is a place that I want to visit !! The new staff are friendly and helpful. Good work — and keep it up !!

I love this place. I’m not the best with household fix-​its, but the guys here always give me very clear directions and point me to the exact products I need. It’s not the biggest place ever, but they always seem to have what I’m looking for. Most recently they walked me through the steps of re-​caulking my bathtub, and helped me find all of the tools and products required.
The owner has two bulldogs that kind of hang out around the store. I love this little touch, but if you don’t like dogs, this could be a downside. They never really approach you or bark or anything, they just lay there, but I know some people really don’t like dogs.
