Do Not waste your time or money going here to have your taxes done!!! First of all, the offer $ 50 cash that day for filing with them, also a $ 750 advance that they claim «everyone gets approved for». My credit is 770, and I was denied. They charge an «outside bank fee» of $ 49.99, on top of the $ 360 prep fee they charge! I was not asked about any donations I had made which I would get a tax credit, I am a student, but was not asked about school or work. Also, after my taxes had been filed and I left, I was looking over my paperwork and realized my name was incorrect! I went back in to tell them and was rushed out, told she would fix it and I didn’t need new copies of the correct return. My child’s name was also spelt wrong! On top of all this, I found paperwork from a stranger, with his name, address, social security number, address, phone number, work, income, etc., mixed in with all my paperwork! Long story short, they overcharge, horrible service, not knowledgable, and use some bank in Kentucky or something!

Been using this liberty tax for years. All of the employees have been doing taxes for 8+ years. I always feel comfortable having my taxes done here– and they get me the best refund.
