Went to see a local band– there were probably 8 people in the entire place all night. Tried to make the best of it but the staff was incredibly unreasonable and rude. Not letting us go in or out blocking off certain doors, making the band stay on the WHOLE time even though it was so awkward. Using the correctly marked bathroom and getting yelled at to use the other one… Does it matter? We got yelled at for just about every little thing when there were EIGHT of us and about six of them. When your patronage is already at its lowest, you might want to try having some decency rather than try to lower your headcount even more. I don’t care if Michael Jackson comes back from the dead and plays there, the 8 of us won’t be returning.

I went here tonight for a promotional event. This place is a joke. As far as atmosphere goes, there’s not much good to say. It feels like a prom that’s being held in a basement. The bar layout is awkward, with creepy hidden corners that were even more dingy than the rest of the place.(are they garbage cans??). Drinks were served in plastic cups. At $ 9 a pop, with well liquor. I suppose the upside to plastic is that, because the ice in your drink melts so quickly, it makes the mixed drinks actually drinkable. Domestic Beer was served in cans instead of from tap. Bottled water was $ 3, but tap water was free. Their no re-entrée policy blows my mind. Don’t punish your patrons for the failures of your staff. They’re definitely unreasonable. As far as the staff goes, I had all really pleasant interactions, and genuinely feel bad the owners of this place don’t give them the resources they should. The one redeeming quality is the decent sound experience for performing artists.

I thought that the club. Was very nice, clean bathrooms, comfortable looking couches, nice bar, the staff was pleasant to us. The sound was decent and the layout of the stage was fine with us. Overall it was a good experience for us. The only draw back is the parking situation especially if the Fischer cats are playing and or a Verizon event is on. My wife didn’t like the ladies room because of a urinal in it.

I went to a concert at jewel a couple of weeks ago and I was not impressed. First of all, they do not provide a parking lot. I had to park my car far away on the street and I was scared leaving the venue when it ended. The venue staff were not friendly and seemed to be annoyed when I asked a question. My biggest issue was the stage. It was very small but the way the venue was designed was bad. Unless you were in the front row you had a terrible view of the stage. There was not one seat that you could see the stage from although they did provide seats in the back. Forget about seeing anything if you’re short like me. I would skip out on going to jewel unless a band you love is paying there.

One of my favorite performers was on tour and they were performing at the Jewel. The venue has a very nice interior, has adequate sitting. The stage was wrong, unless you stood right in front you couldn’t see anything. The sound was awful, it was so loud and echoed that I cold hardly enjoy myself and went home with an awful headache. The staff all had a huge stick up their butt and were very unfriendly. Despite all this I was glad I had come.

My new favorite place!!! My friends and I love the atmosphere. It’s beautiful inside and the sound is better then any other place we have been. Best concert venue around.

An OKAY venue that brings in some«B» acts at reasonable prices. Service is pretty good, but the sound is totally over saturated for a small place like this. Again not a bad place to see a show, but the layout is terrible. If you aren’t in the first few rows all you are going to see is the top of the band’s heads. The stage platform can’t be more than 10 inches high. You can see everything if you want to watch it on the many tv screens. Not really a «concert» venue. Recommended, but only if it is your only resort in seeing a favorite band.

So was at this ‘club’ the gas no heat and no guests. Still had a 5 $ cover at door and 8.5 for a shot of anything. Was a poor showing all around. No glass wear or knowledge of drinks .Lil pricey for Manchester, also crowd was mix of college/thirties/and the elderly lots of old folks in there late 40s and 50s kinda like being out withy parents I will not be back was a sorry sad example of a ‘club’ More a sad bar than club Saw an old women start a fight with young guy for no reason swinging away and when he called for help they threw him out ., was really weird cause he did nothing but back away
