Jacques Flower Shop & Garden Center

We had EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Haley and her manager tonight. We were in a last minute bind and they were able to accommodate us considering how busy they were with Prom season and Mother’s Day weekend. Their flower arrangements are gorgeous! Thank you so much for making a stressful situation absolutely perfect and classy. We will be back.

Jacques is by far a top-​notch business with world-​class customer service.
I called today to place an order to be delivered to my girlfriend at work since she was feeling under the weather. I was able to find Jacque’s various arrangements quick and easy via their website. Once i selected what i wanted to order, i called and started the process. The lady on the phone was very upbeat, positive, knowledgeable and helpful. She made me feel very comfortable with this process. She was able to quickly and correctly get my message across. She was more than helpful in completing my order. Later today, the flowers will be delivered to my girlfriend at her work just as i had planned.
This experience was incredible to me because not once did i step foot into the facility, yet they made me a customer for life. Through an efficient website, world-​class customer service and an easy ordering process Jacque’s was able to assist me in achieving the result i was looking for: making my girlfriend smile from ear to ear.
(Without Jacque’s combination of internet and delivery options i would not be able to achieve such a goal, as i currently do not have a license and live out of town. This ease and follow-​through are paramount for a man in my position)

I work at the YWCA New Hampshire (this message is not supposed to represent the organization’s opinion so much as my terrific experience with them) and contacted Jacques to ask for a donation for our holiday party. I worked with Paul and he was extremely helpful! He was organized and easy to reach and made coordinating the pickup incredibly easy! The wreath that Jacques donated is beautiful and fresh and looks phenomenal. Thanks so much for your generosity; we really appreciate it!
