Fire & Ice Hookah Lounge

This place is the $#*T !!! Best hookahs you’ll ever have, it’s very chill and laid back before 10pm, after that this place transforms into a club/​party scene!

Place is not classy, type of people that are attracted to this place are trashy! Music is good! But let’s not forget to mention the drinks are quite up there $$$! The employees are rude and all act like they are on a high horse! This place is forgotten in my book!

I couldn’t be more impressed with a hookah lounge like fire and ice! Manchester was in need of a fun, good service/​quality hookah lounge and I’m happy to say fire and ice did that. Sunday nights by far would have to be my favorite. They have a new Dj everyday of the week and the music is amazing.
They have a variety of tobacco flavors to choose from and someone is always walking around checking and changing your charcoal. I see a few people saying that they are over priced but I honestly don’t agree, if you want good hookah then you should be able to pay the price

Went on a Friday night with a few other friends to check this place out. The hookah was very good, they have a great variety of flavors and options. I don’t remember if they charge for changing coals, but there was a server walking around pretty frequently to turn coals and replace as needed.
Unfortunately, I won’t be going back. Our group was there earlier in the night, and they had a DJ playing super loud music to an empty dance floor, making conversation impossible. The liquor/​beer menu is limited and way overpriced. The drink servers weren’t great; at one point I had to ask the guy tending our hookah if he could get my server, and they acted like they couldn’t have cared less that we were there.
The kicker for the whole experience, and the main thing anyone reading this should take away from my review, is that we had a group of four people that met another small group that had arrived earlier than us, and sat at a table next to them. Apparently that made us all one group, triggering an automatic 20% gratuity added to all of our bills. Surprise! You have been warned.
The hookah is fine, they get two stars for that, but equally fine hookah can be found elsewhere in Manchester, and with better service. This place just wasn’t for me, and that extra 20% I had to pay for the mediocre experience just adds insult to injury.

Best hookah lounge in manchester by far very classy, upscale & laid back crowd. Perfect mix of music and Of course no hookah like you’ve seen before my favorite flavor is white gummy bear with a pineapple head & the green apple smoothie & cherry smoothie both tasted good I’ll be a regular.
