This Dobbs has always treated me well and today is going above and beyond. My car battery is dead, my own fault, and they are on their way in this rainy weather to jump it free of charge and knowing that I don’t actually need any repair. Thank you so much! You have my business for life!

Until today, this Dobbs has always had friendly, and helpful people. Today however… was terrible. Sadly I don’t know the guy’s name, but we took my car in to find out why the tire pressure light came on, shortly after buying new tires here. The man was downright rude. Lecturing and chewing us out about how this happens when temps get lower and tires should be checked monthly. In my many years of driving (same with my mom) this has never, ever happened. He said the light would go off, and it hasn’t yet. I won’t be returning here. Maybe management should be the one giving lectures to their employees about not being so mean for no reason. If we were being jerks, I could understand. That wasn’t the case.
