I went in recently for a spray tan with Megan before my bridal shower. She answered all of my questions and even gave me tips on things I wouldn’t have thought to ask! I was made to feel comfortable and given the perfect «Chill Glow.»
The color was excellent and I received compliments on my tan from so many people. Most people thought it was natural and a few even booked their own appointments within days of seeing my results. I am hooked and will definitely be a repeat client!

My wife and daughter have enjoyed facials and other spa treatments, I have appreciated excellent haircuts. Besides being very good at what they do, everyone is friendly and it’s always a fun!

I have had several messages here and I absolutely love it. There are so many options out there for messages and even though I could find a place closer to home, I don’t want to! The atmosphere is amazing. It’s beautifully decorated and calming in the upstairs waiting area.
They have a (small) but nice little area for you to get ready in. I’ve never had a problem with changing but they have a curtain and a bathroom you can change behind as well as a shower for when you’re done if you’re interested. Not only that but I usually sign up for the scrub and steam room which is amazing. I usually finish showering in there.
I love that you can book online. It’s very convenient. The message therapists I’ve had were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I was very happy with my experience.
There was one time I received a pedicure upstairs in their spa area. I wasn’t as pleased with that because when she cleaned under my nails it hurt like a bugger. I wanted to cry. Still, it could have just been my technician.
Either way, I would go back for more messages.

I have been to Chill Spa recently on two separate occasions, both for prenatal massages. One was with Victoria, and the other with Melissa. The massages were both very nice and relaxing. However, the overall environment at Chill is just not what you would want or expect from a spa. The upstairs area where the massages take place is very small and cramped. There is only one changing room and it has no lock on it. When I got my last massage, the walls were so thin that I could hear the people in the shower the next room over. I also had to wait for at least 10 minutes past when my massage was supposed to start before I met my masseuse. All of those things detracted from what should have been an overall enjoyable experience.

Both my BF and I love coming here for massages with Victoria. The couples massage with mud app was a lot of fun too. Haven’t used any of the other services… but if you’re in need of a massage… We’d highly rec Victoria.

I have been here a free times, twice for a massage and once for a spray tan. The girls are all very friendly and the massage therapist I had both times was PHENOMENAL but I don’t think she is there anymore. I haven’t been back because of that.
My spray tan was so uncomfortable. All the other places I’ve had spray tans at have offered and provided disposable undies, so I assumed that was standard. It should be. They didn’t have anything so I was left with no choice but to stand there naked. Typically, I would have no problem with this but I had just had a baby and was not enjoying the fact that a very fit, gorgeous girl in skin tight clothes who knelt down so that her face was crotch height, was spraying me down. I got a very uneven tan and looked dirty rather than sun kissed. Never again.
My bf would never come either because the one time he walked in, he was so turned off by all the pink, feathers, glitter and overall clutter. Now it’s tough to get him to go to any spa because he says it’s for chicks.
Cons: Very high prices, small cramped space, poorly decorated (alL the STUFF gives me a little anxiety).
Pros: great massages, I liked the locker rooms.

Writing negative reviews is not really on my «to do» list as I find it best to complain straight to the owner. Unfortunately I did just that and here is the result.
I had waxing done on the inner part of my nose as a trial. I examined the esthetician dip the stick into the wax after already having put that wood piece up my nose!
I tried very hard to not make a big deal of this as I reported it directly to the owner Crissy Kantor (off to the side) what had occurred. She lied to my face and said: «it is antibacterial wax.“Even so, another stick should be used on every dip.
Also, I had a bad experience with Spray Tan there and I brought that up in a kind manner. Crissy not only didn’t refund $ 75 dollars I spent on spray tans that were promised to work on my skin, but Crissy stopped doing my hair as a result of my complaints.

I went to Chill with my bridesmaids for manis and pedis before my wedding. We had a great time and our nails turned out great! The girls were fun to hang out with while we sipped champagne and had a great girls night de-​stressing before the wedding! A week later and my nails still look perfect! I would definitely go back again!

Had high hopes for this spa after reading the reviews to take my girlfriend for a pedicure for her birthday, and unfortunately left very disappointed with our experience.
It lacked the spa like experience we were expecting after making our appointments over a month in advance. Maybe the tech’s were young and inexperienced? Not sure, but this is what I feel went wrong. First they did not introduce themselves to us, offer us a drink of water or show us how to use the remote operated massage chairs we were sitting in. Also, not sure how you can start a pedicure when we soaked for all of 60 seconds? And it also lacked a quality foot scrub and message. Lastly we were told to sit for a bit to let out nails dry and she would be back, and well she never came back!
While paying for our services at the front desk we were asked how it was and I replied that it was just ok and they reply I received was an «oh, good!», or something like that, so I guess she was not really listening to what we had to say. So I would NOT recommend Chill Spa!
As if that is not enough, when I came home, I decided to check out the work done.
To my amazement, there were a few areas missed when they applied the polish!

Had a Mommy/​Daughter day and it ended with a lovely pedi sitting side by side at Chill Day Spa. The massage chair was the best I’ve ever sat in… you could really feel it! The pedis were expertly done and the atmosphere was upbeat and casual; our techs were so friendly and fun. They give you a big fluffy white robe to wear along with flip flops that you return to the front desk when checking out, and there’s a locker room for all of your belongings. The area upstairs where we had the pedis done would be described by a realtor as «cozy» (the rooms are a little on the small side) but this didn’t bother me at all. My daughter booked our appt and mentioned that she loved being able to book it right on the Chill website. There is free parking… the lot is a bit small but we both found spots with no problem. It’s right off of NH Rt 93, easy to find. Would definitely go back!

I visited Chill Day Spa over the summer for a team building/​ladies spa day of massages and pedicures. What a great find! We had a «Chill Party» and had our own cozy room. The robes and flip flops were super comfy, and we were able to have lunch delivered.
The ladies took care of everything. They took our lunch order and took care of calling it in and brought it up for us. They made the day super relaxing and I will definitely go back. The ability to schedule an appointment online is hugely helpful because sometimes I forget or don’t have time until after a place has closed.

I had the BEST experience at Chill Day Spa, specifically with Jaime. She gave me the most wonderful facial and pedicure… I visit several Spa’s throughout my traveling and I’ve never had such a great experience. Jaime is so talented, friendly and is the best at what she does! The overall staff and spa itself are lovely and so very pleasant. The prices are extremely reasonable for the exceptional service you receive. I’m definitely going to keep going back. I reccommend everyone to check out the Spa — and make an appointment with Jaime!

Both my teenage son and I have had great facials here. Jaime is the best.
Also good for pedicure.
Pricey, though. Cramped upstairs in changing area and some rooms, feels like a doll’s house. Can be difficult to get service at front desk, many attendants appear to have too cool for school attitude.

Visited Chill last week for manis and pedis, had an incredible experience and were taken very good care of. They let us bring our own bevvies and music and we enjoyed every moment of our treatments in honor of our sister’s birthday and prep for NYE. At other salons we’ve been to in the past, they have had enough chairs and techs to accommodate everyone at once, however it’s smaller here — more intimate — so the five of us were staggered in services (although we all hung out in the same room so it was great)… having everyone sitting in a pedi chair concurrently wasn’t that big of a deal as we have thought it would be in the past.
Prices are higher than I’ve paid in NH in the past, but quality was very worth the cost.
They use a special brand of polish here which I had never seen before, but there were plenty of colors to choose from. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend to you, reader, and to others in the 603.
You can always tell how good a company is according to how they respond to a client with an issue about their service. When we called with a minor complaint about polish chipping, they talked through the issue with me, and worked with me to make sure we came up with a mutually beneficial solution. In that sense alone, that they addressed my phone call with concern, is a reason to give Chill a glowing review.
Good service, fabulous personnel and customer care.
Now, if only I could move INTO this spa… *sigh*

Cute, quaint and a hidden secret in Manchvegas. I love that it isnt over the top and the staff is attentive to their customers. It really is «chill» everytime I have visited. Pedicures can be done upstairs in the spa or downstairs for a more casual feel in the salon area. The only downfall is that you can only have a pedicure with one friend at the same time (hard if you are planning a girls party) but ideal if you just want to spend relaxing time with one friend. I had an ice cream pedicure– yummy and different! Its pricey but time and money well spent. I recommend if you are looking for something chill. You can also book apts online. They carry bare minerals makeup as well!
