I was driving around looking for a good place to eat. I saw the Boston Market in the distance and decided to give it a try, you could barely tell if it was open, this was tonight around 9:15p. I walked in and food presentation in the hot wells was fair, looked like they were breaking down so some options weren’t available to the customers for purchase. I was greeted by a man and a women in their early twenties. Each offered to take my order, almost as though there timing was a bit off, no problem, cool with me. I ordered the ¼ white meat and asked if they could take the bone off, man the guy acted like that was the first time of hearing it, awful customer service dude. At that point I was like you never heard of that? He’s like oh ya, I’m like wow whatever dude I am all set and declined to continue my order. I don’t have time for that bs when I am out getting something to eat. Boston market needs to hire some competent employees before they run it to the ground.

The food is always just shy of cold here, I decided to try again yesterday, after a year of avoiding this place, the food was still cold. I don’t know why they can’t keep the food hot, for safety reasons especially.

This is a wonderful place for an all around great meal. The order is always very fresh and delicious.

The food is ok but not great. The one size drink option is pretty lame. The service is acceptable if you think of the staff as doing their job and no more. No one smiles and it makes for a very awkward dining experience. This place needs new management. The Boston Market experience should be much more pleasant than at this place. I will make every effort to avoid eating there — I recommend getting the food to go.

Let’s just start with– I love the Boston Market concept– a little heavy on the grease, but good solid food, especially for my manfolk, which is the majority of the family. What’s wrong with this one: *always dirty– smeared grease on trash cans, residue on counters, dirty floors. I wonder what the cleanliness is in the back if this is what I see out front. This is my third try here, I am not coming back. *Employees wearing soiled tunics that look like they were worn yesterday. *Lots of male employees who possibly were hijacked off the basketball court and don’t seem to know what they are doing there, display disinterest in serving customers. *Eastern European heavily accented manager who tries hard(gave us a free brownie tray after order was 15 min late) but seems to have little communication with workers, disconnected. *We bought the five person meal, the turkey was not ready and took extra time to took. Out front, many of the side dishes were empty and had not been refilled. The turkey was inedible at home, tasted like it had sat out on the counter while someone washed the floors with Lysol, and picked up all the Lysol flavor.

I have always liked Boston Market going all the way back to when they were known as «Boston Chicken». The food here was good but it was not the best that I have had compared to some other locations. I found both the chicken and the sides somewhat dry and paradoxically the skin on the chicken slightly undercooked. I am thinking this was just a bad day and would not be afraid to try them again if in the area.

This has been a traditional favorite of ours, somewhere above fast food but short of a waiter-service restaurant. However, when we visited recently the restaurant(to include the rest rooms) was quite dirty, with the trash bins overflowing and trash and garbage left on many tables. I reported it to one of the employees and a clean-up followed shortly thereafter, but why aren’t they taking caring of this before customers complain? We’ll give Boston Market another try — we do love that chicken — but will wait a few months before we do.

I have eaten at many Boston Markets… the food is consistent… never great, but never terrible. I have eaten at this one in Manchester several times as well, food is consistent… just like others. What sets this one apart is the service. Every time I go, they are out of something and you have to wait 6 – 10 minutes… even at a dinner service time! Now, I understand that there is a rush… but…HAVEENOUGHFOOD to sell. Last night, I waited in line for a few minutes and watched as they did not have enough of: Mac and Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans, Broccoli… and several other side dishes! If you are running a restaturant… HAVEENOUGHFOOD!

I’ve definitely noticed a spike in prices, but still love Boston Market. Just about the only chain where the cooking still feels like Mom’s Thanksgiving supper, except tastier. Everything, from chicken to veggies to cornbread, tastes fresh. This location is convenient to the mall, and is a healthier option than surrounding chains. The staff was very friendly and seemed genuinely happy to work there.

Known as Boston Chicken when they first started out in the 90s. I used to love this place back in the day. The food was pretty good and the prices were fairly reasonable with the coupon offers given in the Sunday paper. I usually get a Carver sandwich or the meatloaf. My favorite sides are the stuffing, squash, and the cold salads, especially the dill red skin potato salad and tortellini pasta salad which are no longer on the menu. Boooo!!! The cornbread goes well with the meals. The lemonade here is very refreshing with the food. However, through the years until present, the portion sizes are very skimpy for the rising menu prices. The coupon offers are not as lucrative as in the 90s, no more«bogo» offers. The individual meals usually come with two sides & cornbread priced around $ 7-$ 12 without drinks. They have a $ 5.99 menu, but those meals come with one less side or no sides. By the time, drinks are added, the total comes out to around $ 9 for a small meal. There are better deals for the $$ in this area. There’s a Taco Bell is located next door.
