As someone who has no idea about computers, I was petrified to see that mine would not even turn on. When I brought it to Beaton technical I was prepared to understand nothing and pay a load of money for a machine that is my life. Every file, picture, project, school work, memories and music I couldn’t imagine it all gone! Not only did my laptop turn on but it was working better than before at its prime. he explained the problems to me and how to prevent my computer from slowing me down and also installed a virus protector for life. And he talked about computers in a way that I understood, that to me was most important. When it came to paying I nearly passed out to find that it wasn’t an arm and a leg. No charge for diagnosis just complete fair payment for excellent work. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Bryan, owner of Beaton Technical.
