I was around the Manchester area in NH for work reasons and when I mentioned I wanted to go out and jog, this park was recommended to me. It is a very relaxing view to just sit and breathe some fresh air, and for those that love to jog/run it is also a wonderful trail as well.

Great place to go for some fresh air and an amazing river view. The paved path leads to the heritage trail. A great place to reflect(many benches available), walk, run, or bike. This is also the spot of the Manchester July 4th fireworks show.
