I REALLY wish I caught our waitress’ name. She was so polite and patient. We had our 14 month old son in tow last night and he made quite the noise and mess! She rushed out his food as soon as we ordered and was really accommodating all around. Food was quick, hot, and delicious!

First time dining at 99 Restaurant & Pub and had an excellent lunch. Miss Grumpy and I had the All Star burgers cooked the way we wanted, medium rare, it was very good. service was professional and very friendly. The ambience is excellent for a business lunch. Didn’t see loud teenagers or stupid drunks if I wanted that would have gone to Applebees or Red Robin. Wish we had a 99 Restaurant & Pub in our area.

Kristen was absolutely amazing! Me and my fiancée went in to grab dinner and a few drinks to celebrate another week completed and the start of our vacation! Kristen was VERY attentive and would like describe her as our«food coach» sounds funny but it was amazing, she was there to cheer us on and make us feel happy and comfortable all the way until we finished our dessert(me and my fiancée almost never get desserts, so this was a big deal!) me and my fiancée love the 99s and frequent this location and over the years the Hooksett location, Salem, and Haverhill but this server was the best we have had in our probably close to 100 visits over the years! Thanks Kristen!

Every time I come here, the service has always been extraordinary and I want to thank the staff for their attentiveness and suggestions. My friend had steak there, and she was absolutely pleased with the chef for the tremendous job he did without burning the meat. Refills were consistently given without asking for more.

We usually visit this Ninety Nine when we are in town overnight before an early morning flight. As usual, we were greeted in a friendly manner and taken to a booth where our server promptly arrived. Gave our beverage orders and perused the extensive menu. Everything sounded yummy, but we stuck with what we typically order when we go there, top sirloin steak! I had mine with mashed potatoes and carrots and my husband had mashed potatoes and a salad big enough to share with his. The carrots were very bland, but everything else was wonderful. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the mashed potatoes were absolutely delicious. Servings were more than ample, especially for the price! Our server was very efficient and prompt with getting our beverages and food to us. She also checked to make sure things were good, but didn’t hover. I’m sure we will return to this location the next time we have an overnight stay in Manchester. It hasn’t failed us yet!

Our party included 3 couples and we arrived just before 11:30pm. Our bartender initially seemed bothered by our arrival just 90 minutes to closing but the rest of the staff made us feel welcome. Expectations are pretty low entering this type of national chain but the great service from most of the staff made for a great ending to our night out.

Awful. And we didn’t even eat. Waited for a table which is fine. We’re seated and waited for a server. Asked if we had a server. Waited some more. A server walks by us to wait on another table seated AFTER we were. BUHBYE.

We entered and there was no hostess to seat us. We waited around for a good 3 – 5 minutes before someone showed up to seat us. She did apologize to us though saying she would get the waitress for us right away. I went here with higher expectations for my food. The food was mediocre except the lobster roll which ended up being the best thing that was ordered. My caeser salad had a lot of bad leaves in it so I ended up leaving half of it in the plate. The stuffed mushrooms were edible but nothing to write home about. Hubby really liked his hot buttered lobster roll. He says it was real lobster that tasted fresh with hot butter. It was a pretty decent portion side too.

The food was good. Fast. Great price. BUT was asked multiple times about donating to jimmy fund and after nicely declining we both still got charged on our card for it and our server seemed to purposely not bring our itemized receipt so we wouldn’t notice. Be careful this doesn’t happen to you.

Enjoyed the Fire Grilled Cobb Salad while hubby got his usual favorite, tips and tenders. Very good and friendly service. Conveniently located and ample parking. It’s the 99, it is what it is.

We had a great time as a family… Decent service. Kid friendly. The country fried chicken used to fill the plate now it seems to be a kids portion. Fish and chips were excellent. Waitress even got me an ice cream sandwich. I’d give a 5 star if it wasn’t for the country friend chicken

This place was WHOA of an experience… and the whole meal I couldnt wait to get home & review them… First off my Trailer park waitress was such a downer, her nails were long like Unprofessionally long(ANDDIRTY). Then she took an hour between everytime she came to our table & everytime she did she didnt bring what was requested. The whole meal literally took almost 2 hours & we didnt order anything extravagant, sandwiches & soup… Just not a good time & then a Hockey Team of like 300 people walked in & everyone seemed to be eager to help them & we lost her at that point… NEVERAGAIN!

Love the 99. Almost always get the steak tips. They are out of this world. Have not had a bad experience at the Manchester location. The staff is always attentive, quick and friendly. Food has always come out hot(which is good for a chain) So no complaints here. The family always has a good time and leaves full with a bill that is not insanely high.

Not too bad for a chain restaurant. One here in Manchester had a very friendly staff. I ordered the turkey burger because I happened to be on a health kick while I was here. The guacamole on the turkey burger was delicious. The fries tasted a little rubbery, but helped me stay on my healthy eating.

Used to come here all the time with my grandmother and it was always quite nice. Ate here a few months ago and got sick for three days and I KNOW it was from this place. I had a good time for a while but a restaurant that makes me ill cannot be recommended. Try the one in Hooksett instead.

Well let me be one of the few people to give this place a good review. Service was great, the place was clean and the food delicious. It’s just the 99 so if you are comparing it to some fancy joint maybe you won’t like it but this place is great for what it is.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, this alone makes for a great dining experience! The food was a little above average, it was HOT, you don’t get that too often anymore. All in all it was a good dinner.

3 stars for a franchise would be too much. Maybe I just come on their better days, but the staff is usually on-target and very flexible. The food is standard chain food. Don’t expect a culinary adventure. And they actually GOTRID of my coconut shrimp! :( Not much for the wine list. Ho Hum. 99OWNERS — PLEASEINVESTINSOMESAUVBLANCORRIESLING! CHARDONNAYISTOOOAKYFORYOURMENU! YOURMENUISGREASYENOUGHYOUCANGETAWAYWITHSUBTLYSWEETORCITRUS-NOTEDWHITEWINES! WHITEZINDOESNOTCOUNTASWINE! And I haven’t dared to get a cocktail in fear of being ripped off with a weaker-than-water vodka tonic. I’m not *obnoxious enough* to really complain about it, and I’ll get stuck paying for it anyway… so I stick grudgingly w/the Kendall Jackson Chardonnay or BEER and belly bubbles the rest of the day. Advice: get soda or water just to be safe and definitely get your money’s worth ;) OK enough about booze… The place is always clean, sometimes there is a wait but the staff is gracious enough that you don’t feel like«a number.» Good for a chain, but definitely not my first pick in the whole city.
