I was VERY disappointed in my service here in June 2015. I’m a photographer starting a business and decided to send two DVDs with sensitive information due to religion to my clients. Two identical packages sent at the same time. For UPS stores to charge a «service fee» and this one in particular to incorrectly mark BOTH packages was disappointing. The package was«returned to sender due to incorrect postage.» Not only was this inconvenient as the client expected the photos. It was then returned to a neighbor instead of my address. Needless to say, I had to drive an hour and HANDDELIVER the DVDs over a week late. These clients were worried as to where the DVDs were when they should have been delivered… Due to poor service in incorrectly weighing two DVD packages at the UPS store on Liberia avenue, Manassas.

I was in and out in a matter of 2 minutes during my work lunch break. There was 1 young guy working & he moved expeditiously. I’ve been to mailing locations that charge you if they have to tape your box for you, but here he taped the box and also out my computer printed label in a weather proof enclosure for free. I appreciate the service. He offered a tracking receipt as well.

I have had a mailbox at this store for several years, and have consistently received excellent, friendly, and attentive service through two owners. Always a good experience, every time I go in.

I’ve had my box there for 2 years since my packages were getting stolen and opened when delivered to my home. I have reduced my stress 100% since being at this store. I get email notifications when a parcel arrives so that I can easily pick it up after work. The staff is exceptional and the store is under new ownership. They take care of their customers. I’ve always felt comfortable leaving or having my mail delivered from or to here. They have great hours and have added administrative services such as scanning and professional printing. Standard rate prices are at the USPOSTALSERVICE using priority. The UPS prices are a company decision, not the store decision. Know postal processes before assuming a business will make a price what you want it to be. No one has ever been rude from this store so if it’s perceived, take a quick look in your mirror at how you come across.

The guy they have working there 8000 hours a week is extremely helpful and always knows who I am, what PO Box is mine, and asks how my wife is doing. He comped me a stamp last time I was there as well. I will most certainly be renewing my PO Box there. I did just recently lose mail I sent to my sister with $ 100 in it, but it’s impossible to place blame. UPDATE: The mail made it from VA to ME after 12 days.

This UPS store is terrible! It sucks that the ONLY time I decide to send a package through UPS(not sure why since I always use the postal service or FedEx) they LOSEMYPACKAGE!!! Oh and even with insurance forget getting your money back… it’s nearly impossible. It’s been 2 months and they’re still giving me the run-around on returning my money. All of their employees, including the store owner is either clueless or unwilling to help at all. I’m so frustrated I’m unsure of where else to turn. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and be a good customer and allow them time but it’s been two months. I get the same line everytime I call, «What’s your tracking number? Okay give me some time to look into this and I’ll call you back.» They never call you back. So…if you choose to continue using UPS be my guest. But I will NEVER use UPS again.
