Picture Perfect Home Improvements

Working as an Interior Designer, I ended up with a client in Manassas! After we had the design picked out, we presented it to PP and they designed our vision to a tee. It was amazing. I am not sure that I will have clients this far away from home again, but if you live in the area, I HIGHLY recommend them.

I had a great experience with this company. I was worried about a couple of the negative reviews, but the service I got was great for the price. They were really professional and it’s obvious that they know exactly what they’re doing. You should call them and ask them for a quote on their services to get an idea of what to expect. I did some research online and found these guys to be the best fit for my property. At least give them a call and go from there. I’d recommend these guys any day of the week for any work you need for your new home or property.

I found Picture Perfect Home Improvements​in the classified ads in the Montclairion magazine and they were one of 5 companies I called to come out to give me estimates for repairing/​replacing my deck. Two companies never called me back, one was so busy they weren’t even doing estimates until November but PPHI returned my call quickly, set up an appointment to come out that fit my schedule and went over everything in detail and told me my deck didn’t need a complete replacement as the previous company insisted it did. PPHI explained that the frame was sound and I was pleased, as their estimate came in $ 6000 less than the other companies estimate was for a full deck replacement, and just for comparison, I asked what a full deck replacement would be and their estimate was $ 2500 less. So, their price was very affordable… and let me add that their work was super, fast (2 days) and they left everything neat and clean (even moved my deck furniture and plants out of the way as I didn’t get around to doing that. I am 100% pleased with their work and honesty and will certainly be calling upon them again when I have future needs and will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family!

Do not use PPHI. They are not professional. They are not quality. They will do at best an average job, but only after creating significant stress for you. The work crews can vary from very good to bad. My job required several «do-​overs» and in one case the measurements they took were utterly wrong. But the worst aspect is the atrocious people skills and poor customer service by the management team. Don’t expect PPHI to care about you as a customer… they simply shrug off any concerns and then will insult you. They lack integrity and will try and get every dime out of you. Go elsewhere.
Update: They have been banned from Angie’s List for failing to pay contractually obligated funds. And for threatening an Angie’s List member/​staffer. So if they treat Angie’s List that way, do you really want this company in your house/​next to your family?

Just finished with a wall demo in our living room. Their crew did a great job! Hard working, very professional, excellent job all around. By the time they were done, you couldn’t even tell the wall was demo’d. They even matched the floor boards where the wall used to be with the existing hardwood. Perfect match! We ran into a temp set back when we found air ducts where they shouldn’t have been, but they rerouted with only a minor delay. We also tacked on a few minor jobs (recessed lighting) which they did w/​o problems. All in all, looks great, and we’d definitely hire them for the next project. Not the cheapest job, but well worth the money for the quality product.

We utilized Picture Perfect to do our master bathroom remodel. The owner Mike was fantastic to work with. His crew was very professional and left the job fairly clean every day. (Which we truly appreciated during a remodel). The crew even finished the job slightly ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this company.

I cannot say one good thing about these clowns except that they’re cheap. If you hire them you’d think you’re living in a 3 Stooges movie, only they have many more stooges than that. Maybe a good choice for an investment property repair.
