they would not take our 75.00 $ gift card bought from amazon, saying amazon was at fault, and amazon says its their fault who do you believe? this place has always sucked and the only reason we went this time was because of the gift card, never again’

newbie messed up my order, manager didn’t really help but tacked of 10 bucks (expected to pay $ 20, but paid $ 39 after the original $ 49 receipt). I had to pay for her mistakes. Thanks a lot.
Buffalo sauce is trash. Never seen thick (imagine a glob of vasline) tasteless greasy buffalo sauce before. It also tasted like soap might I add. I have a strong belief they probably tampered with our food. Granted one of the flavored BBQ sauces were good but…
Disgusted. Won’t be back. EVER. Eek! Methinks not.

I used to love coming here when I was a minor. But as the times have gone by I just realized they have terrible service here. The cooks look like crooks and the girls look like gold diggers. Go to a different Hooters for a better experience such as Fairfax or Chantilly.

No not again, the wings were undercooked the sauces did not taste very well and the kids meals came with 3 thin strips. The kids stayed hungry :(I will not be coming back

The boneless wings with the Daytona Beach sauce and blue were juicy and flavorful. Nice beer selection. Cute and friendly staff, lots of TVs to watch sports.

I’m a fan of this chain of restaurant. But I must admit this one let me down. Took for ever to get my food, the mixed drinks were watered down. My girl order fish tacos and they botched that. More or less gave her 2 ½ tacos. I had to laugh at the obvious loss of fish in the soft taco. Truly the 1^st and last time I visit this Hooters. The waitress was nice but you could tell how uncomfortable she was constantly apologising for the slow food service. After I paid the bill the manager asks how was meal? I was disappointed. She offered me a desert but I was past done with them I passed. All I can say if you want to wait a long time to eat small portions of expensive food and drink. This is the spot. Next time I’ll go anywhere but here.

I was standing inside waiting to be seated for 10 minutes and the waitresses just walked by the party of 5 I was with. Will never go there again. I don’t recommend anyone to go there. If I had the choice of selecting no star at all, that would be the option I’d go with.

A couple of buds and I came in looking forward to their hot wings. I ordered a wing platter with shrimp, regular and boneless wings. The sauce I choose was medium (not trying to over due it) and hot; in which the waitress recommended. Our food finally came and everything was so bland including the curly fries my friends ordered they had no flavor/​seasoning and were cold. I couldn’t taste the sauce on any my wings and there was too much frying oil on both the shrimp and wings. It was plain painful trying to enjoy this meal in which I was looking forward to in a while. On the bright side my friends agreed that the mango lemonade was the best part. Or else my rating would have been half a star (although of course that isn’t an option).

First I must say I went to dinner with myself and my young daughters and we had an absolute blast. You would think that dinner is dinner right? Wrong!!! He sat down at 5pm after driving 45 mins to the closest Hooters (which was here) anyway, we sat down and the menu said all you can eat wings starts at 6pm. Boo we drove this entire way and couldn’t eat what we wanted for a whole hour. We told the waitress our dilemma and she said for us to just relax and order some appetizers and we can sit as long as we wanted. She was so very polite I think her name was Makiyla. The waitress took our drink order and our 2 fried pickle appetizer and she said while we waited we could ride the scooter, hula hoop, skip it or jump rope. My daughters and I looked at eachother like what did she just say. Before the next 10 mins were up my 10 yo daughters and myself were riding a scooter around the whole restaurant, we were having skip it contests (the game as a kid where you have a ball and a long attached part with a loop you put it on your ankle and swing it around and jump over it). Anyway, come to find out the manager wants the girls working there to get the kids involved in games and what not. Even the girls working there were hula hooping and everything.
Appetizers came and they were fried pickles and a little on the soggy side but we ate them all. They tasted great so no complaints. My daughters and I ordered boneless wings and traditional wings. I did not eat the boneless wings, but my daughters did and loved them. They were crispy and covered in sauce. My traditional naked wings were covered in amazing sauce and the skin was crispy. I was very pleased. The waitress kept our cups filled and we never felt rushed to leave. It was a great experience.

Manassas good service all around.
Chantilly they have improved alot and go straight to the bar the bartenders are awesome and kitchen staff is good
Fairfax good all around they are fast and sadly it’s in fairfax city so you cannot drink and not expect them waiting to get you before 66 on 123
Dc-​well let’s just say they like to aim for certain customers and too much make up and small location
Woodbridge –always new staff and kitchen is slow but it’s a nice location
Ocean city good but really packed too many Ukrainian girls trying to work there.
Virginia Beach good but regulars from the local bases get better service
Norfolk –girls are good looking, a little ratchet but not too much kitchen knows how to make those wings just aim for the bar it’s huge! until you pay 12% city tax after the 6% virginia tax when you step outside you see how far Sacramento California is from there
But I like the manassas location never too crowded and great service

Wing sauce was just butter. Not good or flavorful at all. Service was ok. But thumbs down to the food.

I have to say the service has gone down hill over the last 6 months. Now I understand that they are short staffed and it’s hard to provide good service but if nothing else, at least warn people and greet them in a friendly manner. Let them know someone will assist them ASAP! My boneless chicken wings tasted like flour. Two thumbs down.

Very poor service the place is half full and it took twenty mins just to see a waitress and order our drinks looks lkke they are severely understaffed the manager is bringing out food to the tables. Seen two tables get up and leave so far horrible experience. I have my 7 and 5 year old with me and they ready to sleep in the booth.

It’s March Madness and Barcelona was playing Read Madrid.
This means you need multiple HD’s…and wings!

Well, Hooters of course.
I think their menu selection and food quality is better than BW3.

The chicken wings were great! Drinks were a little watered down (diluted) and full of ice. Not sure if what I paid for for the «jack and cola» was worth it.
The waitresses were nice, though it’s kind of awkward when they just sit at your table and really have nothing to say.

This is the first Hooters I’ve ever visited. The food is excellent! I was definitely impressed; I wasn’t expecting good food from this place. I’ve mostly had good experiences here. There was only 1 time when our waitress was unresponsive. It took forever to get our drinks, refills, and check. It’s like she forgot about us despite not looking busy. Another girl noticed and helped out. The next time we went we got the girl that had helped out; we tipped her plenty because of how kind she was before. My favorite dish is the chicken sandwich smothered in 911 sauce. Yum Yum! The sandwich is also huge! I’ll be back!

Geez this place is horrible. Don’t know why I’ve been back here more than once. Probably because I thought this Hooters might be semi-​decent the next time I came back?! Nope, wrong each time. When I come to visit my cousins in Manassas they usually suggest wings… at midnight and Hooters is usually open. This is the only time I come here trust me. Well let me go down the list of some things that aren’t good here.
–The lemon pepper wings has about oh I don’t know about a teeny tiny widdle DROP of lemon and some pepper here and there. It basically tastes like a wing that came put the bag and they just decided to throw it in the fryer, figure they would throw on some pepper and realize last minute to squeeze some lemon on top. So yea, it tastes like a bland wing that has no flavor.
–Fried pickles are barely fried. I know Hooters’ fried pickles are thin and lightly fries but they basically handed us pickles cut up.
–Chicken is always dry, no matter what its in. Even with the sauce you literally need to dip the WHOLE piece in all around, up and down, in and out to have some type of taste.
–Slowest service known to mankind. Who takes 20 minutes to bring out a check on a Monday afternoon?! Also if I asked you for a drink 15 minutes ago, why isn’t it at my table yet?
–Girls are rude, they need an attitude check. Because I might check them myself.
–Bad location… I mean right next to a spanish club?! Awkward.
If I could give a .5 for the effort of them trying I would. It just doesn’t work. They need to switch up management or something because they clearly aren’t doing a good job. Sigh. Hooters Manassas your going down to crap.

Hurts me to write this update after our first experience was so awesome, but this one was not. We arrived on a much busier Sunday afternoon then the last one, lots of Football games on.
Our server was less then enthusiastic to be there that day it seems, but did check on us several times and was helpful enough. Food took a long time to arrive after we ordered.
What mostly causes this revised review, is the food. The flavors of the wings were not good at all. Something was really missing and it was noticed by more then one person. The next day, and while I cannot prove this for a fact, a friend of mine was not feeling well at all, and this was the last meal he had eaten.
Disappointed with this visit, sadly.

The boy wanted wings… off to Hooters we went. We were in a hurry to get home after a day of errands… so I called in the order to go.
The lady who answered was great. She was very professional, was totally cool with me wingin’ my order since I didn’t have the menu on hand, made sure I knew how to get there (of course I do, but it was nice that she asked) and told me our order would be ready in about 10 minutes.
Once I got there to pick the order up she offered me a drink while I waited and the bartender and a couple of the girls and I chatted.
The boy text messaged me and said he ordered mild wings and wanted to change them to hot, most people would be totally annoyed by this since they were packing up the food but she said it was no problem, changed them to hot wings and kept a smile on her face the whole time. I really appreciated that!
The only complaint I have… I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich dipped in the hot sauce and when I got home, it ended up being just a plain crispy chicken patty… no sauce. Kinda took the fun out of it, but the sandwich was still really good. The boy got his 20 spicy wings, breaded and extra crispy. There wasn’t a bite left of them, so I think they got the seal of approval too!
