Let me 1st say I was very nervous in this day and age refinancing my mortgage. I was referred to First Potomac by a co-​worker and applied for a loan over the phone. Troy Toureau was my loan officer, Sara (sorry, dont know her last name) was the processor, and it could not have been any smoother. I closed with a rate I was looking for, I closed on time, and I had very minimal closing costs. Thanks for the huge help guys. I will refer you out!
