I stopped in to look at watches. Selection was OK, not great. I have to say the young lady helping me was fantastic, but the manager was disgusting. He sat behind the counter just eating and playing with his phone. That really annoyed me. The fact that the manager completely ignored me and was totally unprofessional made me uncomfortable, but when I asked one question the girl couldn’t answer, he started screaming at her as if she were an idiot. At that point I just left. Never, again.

Elite Jewelers were fantastic! My boyfriend and I went in to buy an engagement ring and we were blown away by the wonderful service we got from Mounya and her teammates. She made it seem like she had all the time in the world to assist us and explain things to us, rather than trying to rush through it. She was so nice and easy-​going, not like most other pushy-​sales people. And she was incredibly knowledgeable. We wanted a custom design and gave her a picture of what we wanted, and she worked with the jeweler to get it done in a quick turn-​around before Christmas. They got it done in 15 business days, and in the middle of their busiest season! She was in constant communication with me during those 15 days, sending me pictures of the first draft of the design, incorporating my feedback, and having me come in to try on a wax mold of the final design. Most importantly, the ring turned out beautifully and was exactly what I wanted. Also the price was more competitive than any other stores. All in all, it was the best buying experience I have ever had in my 28 years on this earth!- Allison and Kevin
