I will never use them again; I’ll stick with the Haymarket location that has great service. My mother’s day order was a disaster. I’m in Alabama and ordered online for delivery to my mom in Manassas. They tried to deliver, but she wasn’t home. Rather than call her phone number, which I put on my order, they called me in Alabama and left a message that they were taking the arrangement back to their office. They also left a card at my mom’s door asking her to call them to reschedule delivery. She called, and they said it had already been delivered!!! My mom called me upset over this. I called the store and they INSISTED it had been delivered. I assured them they were incorrect and they reluctantly said they’d make another arrangement and deliver it. Good thing they did, or I would’ve filed a BBB complaint. Again, I’m sticking with the Haymarket location from now on!

Hubby got me a Large Hello Kitty Edible Arrangement for my birthday yesterday! The store did a good job w/the arrangement and the fruits were fresh and sweet! The only thing I would point out is that the 3 Hello Kitty-shaped pineapples were not visible when it came. They were all placed way down inside. I’m glad there was a Hello Kitty stake and a Hello Kitty container or it wouldn’t look like a Hello Kitty arrangement.

I sent an arrangement to a local business manager for always taking such good care of me, my family and my friends when we visit his restaurant. The website was easy to navigate and the recipient said the fruit was very fresh and the arrangement was attractive. I am overall very happy with the quality of product that was sent however I was a bit shocked when I saw the actual amount of fruit that was included. It was rather small for the price.

I had placed my order online on 02÷12÷14 for delivery on 02÷14÷14(Valentine’s Day) before 5PM because it was going to a business. This is my first time ordering from the Edible Arrangement company. I found the website very informative and pricing good for my budget. I called the store itself on the morning of 02÷14÷14 around 11AM to ask if all deliveries were running on time today because of the winter weather we got the two days before and the fact that it was Valentine’s Day. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very nice said yes all deliveries are on time and our delivery guys were out early this morning with all orders. I said too her great I was worried about the weather and the timeliness of deliveries today and she said nope we are good with all deliveries today. I thought great! If deliveries were running behind or not going to get there at all I would of picked up my order that day and delivered myself instead of paying the extra $ 12.00 for a delivery. I checked the status of my order around 3PM online and it stated(creating my order or working on my order). I checked with a friend that worked at same business as recipient and asked if it had arrived yet and they said no. And in fact my arrangement never did arrive. I tried to speak with someone at the store from 3−6PM and it rang busy. I then called the 800 number a little before 5PM and complained that the recipient never did receive the order that day. Customer Service said they would send my feedback to the store and process my refund since it was after the promised 5PM delivery time that day. Today is 02÷18÷14 well over 48 hours since my feedback was sent to the store and as of yet I have not received a phone call, email or anything from anyone at the store or from the 800 number. I called the 800 number once again to follow up on my feedback, order and refund and they called the store and said they are processing my refund. I asked if the store ever explained why my order wasn’t delivered and she said no that they would just process my refund. I have never experienced such bad manners and they should of called me on 02÷14÷14 to let me know that they were running behind on orders. I would of made arrangements to pick my order up. I was so upset in tears that evening that my significant other did not receive his gift and even more upset that someone did not have the decency to call or email me to apologize or simply say they ran into some trouble and can’t deliver. This will be the first and last time I ever order anything from Edible Arrangements.
