My experience with DBMS Audio Video was one of the smoothest most professional transactions I have ever made for services to my home. I had been looking for someone to wire my home with ethernet cables with a professional install I came across a Living Social Deal for DBMS and was a bit hesitant as I have not had good experiences with Living Social in the past but I reached out to DBMS via email and had a replay in just under an hour. The experience just improved from there we set an appointment (they arrived on time) and got right to work. I was expecting to have holes galore but they managed to get what I wanted accomplished with only one hole that they professionally fixed in the drywall. I would highly recommend DBMS and have saved them as a contact for any AV needs in the future. BRAVO guys keep up the good customer service, clean, and professional work!

We contacted DBMS Audio after purchasing an offer from Groupon. We were very cautious due to our past experiences with discount coupons. The entire experience was an example of how services should be provided.
Scheduling the appointment was easy — one call, appointment set up. They arrived on time as scheduled. They were fast, professional, and provided excellent consultative services. Our living room and family room TVs were set up with the wires concealed. They asked if we were satisfied with their work throughout the process.
We are thrilled with the work and will definitely utilize their services in the future!

The team that came to do my two installs was awesome. They were on time, they were fast, and they were super professional. I had them hang one tv in my living room bd one in my bedroom. Both look amazing. Much better than what I could have done on my own. They were very detail oriented and cleaned up all install debris. They asked for my feedback through the entire install process and made sure I was happy with everything.
I’ll be giving these folks a call back once I get my surround sound system and am ready to install it. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
