The food is amazing! I’m a vegetarian and they don’t have many veggie options but they are incredibly open to requests and alterations to a sandwich. I essentially got the Italian Sub but with more veggies and no meat. My first bit was like heaven. It was an amazing sandwich and a huge portion. I paid around $ 9 for a sandwich but it’s so large it’ll also be my lunch AND dinner. food is fresh, employees are really nice, and it’s close to George Masons campus, so I’ll be coming back often. Highly recommend Angie’s :)

Great food and good selection. I had the Triple Italian sub. Bread was crisp and fresh, Italian meats(3) were tasty. I got the last order of homemade chips and was I the lucky one. Crisp and light with lots of flavor. Next time I’m going for one of burgers. They looked good on paper…

This is a hard working family just trying to make it in the food business and it just so happens that they make really great food to boot. All I can say is don’t take my word for it JUSTGOTRYIT! ! They can certainly make a great sub sandwich that is heads and shoulders above anything you’ll get from a sandwich chain. Support your local small businesses especially this one! You won’t be disappointed.

I found this place after searching Unilocal for something new. It’s located in an industrial park and is definitely off the beaten path. There isn’t much to this place. There are handful of tables, 3 or 4 drink coolers, and a condiments bar. It’s pretty bare bones, but it was clean… what else do you need in a deli? I ordered the hot Italian sub and it was damn near magical. Contrary to what someone else posted, I found the bread and deli meats to be of high quality. The portion was pretty big… more than enough to fill me up. I’m not sure what spices were added, but it was one of the better sandwiches I’ve had in a while. I’m a big fan of A-Deli in Manassas and what I had today was on par with their stuff. I talked to a few other people in the deli this afternoon and everyone was very happy with their food. One guy raved about the breakfast burrito, so I may have to give that a try sometime soon. I consider this one a win for Unilocal… this place was everything I was expecting based on the reviews. If you are looking for a simple place that’s close to either work or home, you won’t be disappointed.

Stopped by while picking up an engine from a local business. Easily one of the best decisions I have made, this place is clean and tidy owner was more than welcoming. Their bathroom was extremely clean and nice. I got the Italian sub combo and at only $ 9 this is a very good deal. The sub is QUITE large and with a side of perfectly seasoned fries I could not be happier. The sub I got is simple but extremely delicious. 100% if you stop by you will not regret it.

I work in the same industrial park as where Angie’s’ is located and I happened across some of these laughable reviews on here so I had to put my two cents in. Angie’s’ has decent food, it’s a clean place so it’s all edible but not really worth the price usually. A can of soda is $ 1.25, as is a bottle of water. Their food is inconsistent in it’s ingredients. I have gotten the same thing 3 different times I’ve gone and each time they use either a different kind if chicken(fried or grilled) or a different kind of roll. In addition to this one time the item I ordered was missing the steak, which was an essential part of the order. This is not a big deal so I have never complained, it’s just odd and slightly annoying that I don’t necessarily know what I get when I order. The service is okay on a regular day. Only the one woman who works there actually knows how to work the register competently and she is either gone or directly outside the store smoking when I’m there ordering. When she is there to take my order I get a to hear about how bored she is and how much she hates work and her husband, who happens to be standing right there as he is the cook. Great. Thanks for the update lady. Then the wait for the good begins. Sometimes taking upward of 10 minutes or more to get the food out when it’s a simple burger and fries. I know you may be thinking if I dislike Angie’s’ so much why do I go there as much as I clearly do. Well let me say that Angie’s is somewhere between seldom and never my first choice but it’s location makes it so the convenience of going there often outweighs the poor service and decent food when I’m hungry. As for the other reviews on here, I don’t know what to say. Either I have had consistent bad luck when I go or those other reviews were actually written by Angie herself. It’s off the beaten path so unless you happen to be in this industrial park I would say don’t make the trip.

Their hamburgers are not frozen hockey pucks they throw on the grill, it’s actual hamburger shaped into a patty. The meatballs are homemade. The cheesesteak subs aren’t those flat, greasy steak things that you buy in the store. It’s REAL marinated steak! The french fries aren’t frozen, they are potatoes that they cut fresh every day. Everything is so good here! Yes it’s off the beaten path but if you’re looking for a delicious lunch or breakfast where you don’t have to deal with mobs of people, this is the place for you. If you bring somebody with you, you will actually be able to hear what they’re saying. It’s worth the time and the money. If you are on a budget check out the daily special.

Best burgers in town, without exaggeration. There have been several restaurants in this location and none of them were nearly as Good as Angie’s. Breakfast is good and their chicken salad is excellent. They have a pretty good selection of drinks(red bulls too) to boot. Considering the fact that there really isn’t anything else close by, this is a very convenient place to eat and since the food is delicious it’s a winner all around. My only reason for giving it four stars is that sometimes they are closed during hours when they are normally open. This has only happened a few times but I thought I’d mention it.

Tried the special of the day… steak and cheese with fries. Well the fries were soggy and not good at all. Had to throw them out. The steak and cheese was ok. The bread was good and steak ok, the lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and crunchy. The people running the place were ok. I don’t get the reviews where they exhibit old fashioned true customer service. Nothing exhibited special there. Must be friends saying all that. With that first experience, I went back and tried a simple sub sandwich. Turkey and ham sub. It was simply low grade boiled ham and processed sliced turkey. If a place wants to set itself apart from all the rest I would give five stars for real turkey breast and virginia ham on some good bread with fresh vegetables and interesting sauce. Nothing close to that at all. Run of the mill sandwich. Two stars means I have experienced better all over the place.

Chicken salad is homemade with huge chunks of white meat on a fresh roll. Phillip and Angie are the owner/chef and everything is handmade. Chef Phillip told me that he hand cuts the fries and the homefries every morning and they are awesome! A guy came in while I was there and had a Burger and fries and was raving about it. Nice to have someone who is not cutting corners and serving awesome food from the heart! You have to check this place out. It is a very pleasant surprise and I can not wait to try the breakfast burrito.(a local mechanic was raving about it)

About a month ago I noticed that Rolins Deli was closed. I wasn’t sure if it was permanent … pretty much everything in was still inside, they just weren’t open. But a couple of weeks later they still weren’t open. So I was surprised earlier this week when I was in the area and saw the open light on. Perhaps they just took a vacation or had some issues inside, I thought. The windows still say«Rolins Deli» out front, so imagine my surprise when I walked inside to a big whiteboard that said«Welcome to Angie’s». I was a little weary at first, because I REALLY liked that breakfast burrito from Rolins Deli. But I’m here, I figured, so I might as well give them a shot. The décor inside is pretty much EXACTLY the same, like they just walked in and took over from the previous owner.(Which one of the owners, who I will presume is Angie, said they did about two weeks before.) The menu is pretty much the same too — standard American take-out fare(burgers, sandwiches, etc) with a slight bit of TexMex flair with burritos and breakfast burritos. I came for a steak breakfast burrito, so I decided to see how Angie’s version compared to the previous owners. I could add hash browns and coffee for $ 1.50, so I decided to tag that on. The tab came out to just under $ 8 with tax. After a short wait for the chef to work his magic on the flattop, «Angie» brought over two huge plates of food. One was the breakfast burrito, equal in size to the one that Rolins Served, but done a bit differently. The tortilla was grilled nicely on this one. There was not as much steak, but it was a bit better quality, and it was more balanced with a nice portion of cheese, potatoes, and egg. I liked it easily as much, and probably a bit more, than the one from Rolins. And then the hash browns — they were awesome. A beautifully grilled and healthy portion of potatoes and onions. And they offer all of the standard condiments to help kick them both up a notch if you so desire.(And I did.) It’s great to see another business step into this location so quickly and provide simple, high quality food to the workers who come and go through this industrial complex. Every industrial area needs a local spot like this. But hopefully the word gets out, because Angie’s is a nice option for breakfast/lunch if you want something different that the standard chains up the street near Target. Take a short drive down to the industrial area, give Angie’s a try and see for yourself!
