L’Oasis Moving & Cleaning

I booked their service via Uhaul website for moving helpers. I entered all my information (address) via the website and they called back confirming that they will be there.
Half hour before the time they were suppose to be at my place, they called and asked me to repeat my address. The person who called couldn’t speak proper English and couldn’t understand what I was telling him. I had to spell the address character by character to him multiple times. Finally he hung up.
Nobody showed up at the time we agreed on. One hour after the time they were suppose to be at my place, someone called and said I gave the wrong address. I have been at the same address for 11 years, I don’t think I would have spelled my address wrong. And instead of apologizing for not appearing to help me move, they started by accusing me for giving them the wrong address. Because I have already rented the truck, I had to move the things myself. And I would have to rent the truck again another day and find a more reliable moving company. I’ll never use this company ever again.
