It’s a fun store to shop. Sales people are super helper and kind. They have lots of unique items that you can’t usually find in regular department stores. Prices are a bit expensive but isn’t everything in Mammoth a little over priced? Anyways, I love going there. I stop by this shop every time our family visit Mammoth.

It seems that what makes stores stand out the most is service and this store definitely went above and beyond. My family and I casually stopped in and were immediately warmly greeted and offered help with any of their products. My father was looking for a wallet and they encouraged him to try it out before purchase. I mean literally empty out his wallet into the one he was interested in. They also offered everyone water while we browsed. We ended up not purchasing anything right then, but came back and purchased two wallets later that day. They were so friendly and helpful, even taking the time to ask about us and learn our names. Before we purchased the wallets they added a penny to each one for luck. The service made this store stand out and I was very happy to purchase their products.

Loved this store! I bought a Hobo wallet that I’d been eyeing forever. They were out of the color I wanted, and said it was on order. Since I live 7 hours away, they offered to ship it when it came in.
Now this is the beginning of so many nightmare stories of items never shipped, etc., but there was something so honest and appealing about the woman who was helping me, that I decided to trust her and bought the wallet. Especially after finding out that she had kept the store open 45 minutes past closing so that I could browse leisurely. When does THAT ever happen?
Anyway, the service was GREAT, the wallet arrived in a reasonable amount of time and I will ALWAYS shop at this store when I’m in Mammoth. They’ve taken me from browser to customer to die-​hard fan!
PS — I was so impressed by the service that I forgot to mention the amazingly beautiful selection of jewelry, coats, purses, wallets and other selections. Lots of high-​quality gifts for yourself or others. Loved it!

Wow! Great winter outfitters.
I got some ULU shearling boots here. Your UGGs can kiss my a… these babies are warm and waterproof and worked great while snow blowing my driveway after the New Years blizzard!
What a beautiful selection of leather coats, furs, belts, purses, hats, shoes… everything!
The smell of leather and the super friendly staff make a look in this shop worth the time.
And their amazing products are priced very reasonably — the Remy coat that I looked at was $ 100 less than the same coat at Nordstrom!
They also had some amazing knit fur from a designer named Paula Lishman and some really cool possum fur sweaters that they said they import from New Zealand directly.
They even have a good online store!
