They denied me service! First they said it was because my ID was damaged then they said they don’t accept out of state IDs when I called in to escalate my concern on my treatment the lady I spoke to said she was the manager and that her dad owned the store I asked if I could escalate my concern past her and she hung up on me… What do I do? How am I suppose to feel? Not sure but I know 1 star doesn’t even come close to the experience I had in the store.

The staff is rude and unhelpful. Their selection is meager and if you ask for help they snarl at you. This store is not worthy of a high end ski resort.

The guy working was pretty much dry and rude. He charged $ 15 a pound for jelly beans! LOL I’m in town pretty often, and normally go to this store. I will never set foot in here again. Dude even gave my kids attitude when they asked for the candy tubes to fill with powder.

Would have loved to patronize this shop. Came in at exactly 8pm on a Tuesday looking for a quick dessert. The owner may like to know that despite Unilocal stating the shop closes at 9pm on weekdays, AND the ‘Open’ sign being clearly visible in the window at the time, the employee working decided to chase us out instead by telling us the shop was actually closed. We asked about the hours listed on Unilocal,to which he had no response but to say rather rudely «well, if you want something QUICK…» No thank you, obviously our money isn’t appreciated here, we went somewhere else where it was. If there was a mistake on the Unilocal page, you may want to address that.

Come on, this place is adorable. From the counter lady to the candy stand!
They have quite the wine selection, apparently people are looking to booze it up in Mammoth.
They have a little bit of everything you might need. We wanted cigars and yep they had some! The check-​out lady was a doll too. Even had a cutter for us to use.
Be sure to look around the store at all the cute décor and details that went into it.

Inland Empire
Pretty decent single-​beer selection, big wine selection though over-​priced, lots of candy, and the salesman provided nice service. He even searched the entire stock for a root beer stick that my wife wanted. Unfortunately they were out but the Mammoth beer «Real McCoy» was a pretty decent amber and worth our visit. Smooth finish, not too hoppy. Oh, and a good variety of random necessities.

It’s right in the Village, and they have a little bit of everything, just like a good general store.
They ain’t cheap, but if the alternative is spending 3x as long driving to Vons or CVS or wherever… I’ll gladly pay a few bucks more and come here!
And mmmmm the candy selection is nice, even better than the beer selection!

San Francisco, CA
This is the cutest general store ever! Very clean, very bright and very organized. Busy Beez carries everything from toilet paper to jelly bellys to bath salts to milk. The prices are slightly inflated but that’s because its pretty much the only ‘convenience’ store in the area.
The best thing about this store is something most people will probably miss… look up to see the cute country facades on the wall. Love it!
