As good as it gets! I have been going to Sound Shore Ayurveda for almost three years and love it! Manjula embodies Ayurveda. I go in stressed, aching and imbalanced and leave feeling completely restored and rebalanced. She offers a variety of massages and facials and i’ve tried almost all. Can’t pick a favorite, so when I go, I just ask her to do her thing, and she gets it right every time. With her great touch and soothing aromatherapy you’re guaranteed an hour or two of pure bliss. I have tried many other places, local and distant, and although they were skilled in their technique, they stopped their. With Manjula you get the whole body experience, an intuitive sense and exceptional technique. Truly the best!

Every session with Dr. Manjula Paul feels like a physical revival creating more awareness of the toll that stress in my life takes on my physically. It’s like having a «reset» button to ensure I have more energetic balance. From the day I met Dr. Manjula Paul her warm hands were an immediate thing I noticed and welcomed to bring more Ayurvedic benefits in my life. AMAZING.

I had a wonderful experience with Manjula this week! I went in for a session of marma therapy, which was not only enjoyable and relaxing but also informative. Manjula was knowledgable and friendly, and she made me feel totally at ease. The room was peaceful and comfortable and I felt taken care of the whole time. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and curious to learn more about Ayurveda. For $ 150, which is what I would normally pay for a regular massage, I felt I got a lot more.

It was a fantastic experience. Alba was so sweet and the facials were great. What a find! I am thinking of trying some of the other Ayurvedic treatments next.

My husband and I have been seeing Manjula Paul for Ayruvedic treatments for the past 6 weeks and we have had an exceptionally positive experience. After a long consultation Manjula sets up a specific treatment plan based on your dosha, or body constitution. It’s really impossible to describe what she does as «massage» because it is so much more extensive than that, including aromatherapy, oils specific to your needs, hot stones, one of the most incredible experiences of my life. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of aryuvedic including supplements and vitamins. We cannot say enough good things about our experience.
For anyone frustrated with western medicine, feeling over-​medicated, stressed or in pain, I recommend you seek out this unique, age-​old science and meet this wonderful practitioner.

I brought a groupon for 3 facials and it was probably the best investment on my face. The facials were wonderful, calming and relaxing. Every time that I left, I noticed that my complexion had improved and my skin had become clearer. The cost of the facial is high ($ 100 per without a deal) but you will definitely notice results immediately. It is unfortunate that the other reviewer had a one off situation but each of my visits have been pleasant. For the most part, each facial occurred on time. The aesthetician was always thorough, knowledgeable and very friendly. If there is ever a groupon again, i will certainly purchase a few more.
