I got the best shish-​kabobs I ever had from here! Both the chicken and the beef! Also, the people there are always very friendly and remember you. I highly recommend them if you are looking for quality!

Another solid experience with the team at Fork and Cleaver!
At Thanksgiving I wanted to go with a local butcher and get a solid organic turkey. These guys were recommended to me and it was good to go. I actually got two turkeys… one to do a practice round with a new recipe, and one for the big day.
Both birds came out really well. The quality of what Fork & Cleaver had provided was evident in the texture and flavor. I also bought the gravy from them and it was well received.
This week I ordered up a whole brisket to smoke for the Superbowl. Got the owner on the phone who gave me great service and a quick phone call back with pricing and availability. Picked up the piece of meat today and it’s another solid piece to entertain guests with.
Give these guys a call with what you need. You will not be disappointed.

Wow, what a nice butcher shop. Great selection of nice steaks, and marinated chicken skewers. Staff was all very nice. I will be back many times.

Best butcher around. Everything fresh, all the staff is friendly. Come here for all ur BBQ needs also. You won’t go wrong with anything u ask for here any cut !
