BOOKABLE Voice-Over Coaching & Demos

Rick’s one on one private coaching sessions are awesome. He really helps you get inside the copy with a process that is simple and effective. His grass roots approach is a nice and unnerving way to approach VO, either as a beginner or a working actor. I can’t recommend Rick enough. He’s really helped me change my reads and he’s just a cool, funny guy to be in a room with! Get on it!

He customizes each facet of the process to fit your unique voice and chosen categories of VO. I like to think of Rick as «master tailor» of voice over. You’re going to leave every session with more confidence and a better grasp of how to approach each piece of copy.
I’m about to record two new demos (commercial and promo) with Rick and Bookable. I know without a shadow of a doubt that they will showcase my unique voice in the best light possible and will be the stepping stones to an even brighter VO future. This was my first VO workshop experience, and it was absolutely AWESOME. Rick and Rachel were so friendly, and welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. I can’t believe how much I learned in just a few short hours. Highly recommend!

I LOVE Bookable! I just took a workshop there last weekend with Rick and guest instructor, Rachel Butera. It was a class on women’s animation voice over, and I left feeling so great and super informed about the in’s and out’s of working in animation voice over. We got to jump in the booth and record, and I got a copy of everything I did. Both Rachel and Rick were extremely knowledgable, supportive, and fun as instructors, and I really got to explore and play with my voice and different characters. I’ve also worked with Rick as a student in his private coaching, and he is excellent. This is someone who genuinely and truly loves what he does and is super passionate about teaching it to others. I can’t tell you how important it is to be with a coach who really KNOWS how to teach and loves the process, you just progress so much faster and really have the opportunity to develop yourself from start to finish. If you want to get into voice over, Rick and BOOKABLE is the best resource you can have, be it a workshop, private coaching, workouts and demos too. Very friendly to beginners in the field, but also great for experienced pros– it’s really how deep you want to go! Cannot recommend enough– oh and btw the studio is awesome, nestled in the hills of Malibu and Calabasis– it really is an oasis :)
