What a score! Michelle is AMAZING! I’ve seen lots of estheticians over the years and she is very special. For one, Michelle uses the purest high-​end products with aromatherapy that leave my skin feeling so nourished, clean and beautiful. My fine lines are definitely lighter and more superficial after a facial. Also she’s incredibly generous with massage (the most massage I’ve ever had in a facial) and has the most wonderful healing hands. I leave feeling super relaxed every time. THANK YOU Michelle! I’m so grateful.

Michelle ROCKS. Ive been coming to her for a couple years now and she is by far the most accommodating and efficient esthetician i have been too. I Don’t want my leg waxing to last for hours. I want in and out quick and Michelle delivers. She can have my full leg/​bikini and face done in under an hour. THANK YOU!!!
Michelle has always accommodated my last min needs and adjustments. The place is cute and cozy and its all business. I love that. Her facials are great as well.

absolutely love ambience medi-​spa! such a cozy quaint beachy cottage nestled upstairs in malibu’s country mart. michelle is so welcoming and warming. she is top notch and i always feel more refreshed and look more relaxed when i leave. she never disapoints. her energy is amazing! highly recommend michele and ambience to anyone and everyone!

I got a full brazilian bikini wax and i have to say it was one of the best waxes i’ve ever gotten! I normally don’t write reviews, but I chose this spa based on the good reviews. Michelle was quick, gentle and very thorough. She knows what shes doing and made me feel comfortable.
Parking is free and abundant if you’re coming on a weekday.

I’ve been going to Michelle“s Ambience Medi-​Spa for probably 10 years. I Love Her.
She does excellent work, she’s so lovely and her methods are kind and gentle. Her shop is small and quiet and peaceful and she gives 110%, everytime, all the time.

I came here with two girlfriends recently to cash in on our Groupons for facials. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and the facial was very relaxing.
Pros:
–Nice location with easy parking and nice, walkable lunch options nearby.
–Really relaxing facial. I am not partial to facials, but I highly enjoyed this one.
–Michelle did a great job on my facial and my skin looks great (at least for a day or two…).
–Very clean!
Cons:
–No bathroom or changing area inside the spa itself. I had to adjust my expectations to realize that this is not the complete spa experience I am used to, but only consists of two tiny treatment rooms and an even smaller waiting room.
–My friend reported that the receptionist who she had scheduled the facials with was extremely rude to her over the phone. In addition, they kept changing our appointment times.
–Layout of the treatment rooms is not conducive to complete relaxation. The walls don’t reach the ceiling, if I recall correctly, and the outside sounds kept permeating the room.

LOVE! ABSOLUTELY! I will most DEFINITELY be going back here for regular eyebrow waxings– I purchased a same-​day groupon for eyebrow waxing yesterday and am VERY pleased with the final result! Michelle did a very quick job, which worried me a bit before she showed me what they looked like, but once I saw I was much happier than I ever have been with other waxers in the LA area. She also gave me some skincare tips and recommendations for some light acne and sun scars around my face. I’m overall very pleased with the experience and plan on returning very soon!
