I called and left a msg to have them do some legal work for me, I never got a call back. I guess they don’t want the business.

We purchased a condo about six years ago; after realizing that it wasn’t the right fit for us, we attempted to sell it. However, at the time, the real estate market had tanked, so the unit sat on the market without any offers for almost a year. As a result, we found ourselves in the position of being accidental landlords.
Jessica and Scott worked closely with us on several occasions regarding landlord/​tenant law. Their professionalism, knowledge, and approach was paramount to any other lawyers we had used in the past.
Over the summer, we were finally able to sell our condo; once again, we utilized Lucey & Rozzo for the sale and couldn’t have been happier. They helped us through each and every step of the process. We’re both incredibly hands-​on people and had previously used several other attorney’s before finding Lucey & Rozzo, so we had concerns that they wouldn’t place a high importance on keeping us in the loop. Scott and Jessica basically held our hands through every single step of the process; they were readily available to answer any questions that we had and managed to keep our rather OCD personalities from stressing out. Given that they both have prior experience in the mortgage industry, they bring another level of knowledge to the table as well; they fully understand the buying/​selling process from start to finish.
We’re happy to report that we’ve finally found attorney’s that we’ll be sticking with for a very long time and would highly recommend that anyone and everyone check them out for whatever legal needs they may have.
