I brought a friend to this office for assistance and I was very appalled how people were treated no privacy for them the workers speak to them from behind a window thru a loud speaker so everybody can hear what they are there for. I also observed how people are directed into a line and the workers behind desk a just talking to each other they clearly see the line but wait until they are done talking to each other. not everybody is here to beat the system but they need to be treated with a little respect just my observation there has to be a better way to treat People just my observation Rant over

Update:
Like a pushover, I reapplied. They sent me a letter saying my interview would be 12⁄14 at 1:45pm. They, of course, in classic Mass DTA style, never called me. So just now I called THEM because I am a responsible human being. I waited on hold for 45 minutes, and then a person picked up, fuddled around with the phone a bit, and then hung up on me without saying a word. Now I’ve called back again, to wait another 45 minutes to talk to someone. If it was convenient to sue a government office, I would do that in a heartbeat. Instead I’ll just move to Canada. Peace out, homies.

When you visit between 9 AM –4 PM the workers at this location are more inclined to help you with EBT card issues. The workers were very friendly and helpful.
