Just raised prices. Paid double what I did just miles away. Drive thru waited 15 minutes and food ended up with half of the order wrong. Clearly paying employees less and charging more for food. Wife and I have decided we will go to nearby subway or hothead instead.

The only time it is okay to eat here (and this is hit or miss) is during lunch hours & maybe breakfast hours.
Do Not waste time or money during dinner hours.
There are a bunch of teenagers that work evenings and they do not keep up on the cleanliness all over the store including the cooking areas, they are rude, they don’t want to be there or care to do what they are suppose to do.
Your food will be cold and made sloppy.
I have went to this Wendy’s several evenings hoping that it would change and it has not… I will not be going here anymore for dinner.

Yes, it gets busy sometimes. But it’s not because they’re slow. It’s because there’s a lot of people. Have I ever waited 15 minutes with only 5 people in front of me? No. Have they messed up my order? On occasion, but probably less than average compared to other fast food places.

The worst place on earth. Just moved into the area and the wife and I have both tried to pick up «fast food» five different times now only to find the lines wrapped around the building. Was forced to abandon the missions due to the emergence of bed sores forming from waiting so long in the car. The inside is just as slow so don’t even think about it. Avoid at all costs! Go to fields ertel to get your frosty fix.

Waited 15 minutes in line, and gave up. Should not be listed as «fast» food. There were still 5 cars in front of me.

As much as I try to avoid fast food at all costs sometimes convenience wins out. Of the given normal options I generally choose Wendy’s. The store specifically has messed up a higher percentage of orders for me than any other. The better off to go grab an apple across the street at Kroger.
