I am a healthcare leader in the area and I had to visit rivers bend due to a traumatic injury to my face. (I had a hammer bounce up and hit me in the jaw).
While the visit was efficient the MD did suture up my wound but then refused to treat my pain stating «I wouldn’t give pain medicine to Jesus with nails in his hands»…
I am still considering reporting the physician as the science is clear on what proper treatment should have been.

Unreliable and doesn’t stick to published hours. If you are thinking of going here, you might needs a sworn affidavit that they will be there when you arrive. I called ahead to make sure they were open, and 10 minutes later found the door locked with the receptionist kicked back in her chair, still before closing hours. When I finally got her to come to the door, she said «the doctor decided to close early today». I’m having a massive allergic reaction, and they basically left me standing in the lobby with little more than a «sorry, hon». Is is ethical for an urgent care place to close up early?

Today was my fourth visit in two years. Very comfortable environment, great staff, and Dr. Danko is personable and has always helped me. I really trust him, which is important when it comes to healthcare.
