this place sucks… we had a free coffe coming to us through the points system, and they refused to give it to us. they actually said that we do not visit that location enough for us to earn it. are you kidding me?
we contacted corporate. if i can only give them a negative 5 stars…

If I could just write a post that said «Nope!» I would, and this would be the one. I compliment the friendliness of the staff, but the speed was not so much to be found. The more shocking part was that there were three of us in there and one of them was my co-​worker. Can’t even begin to tell you how many times I had to say «Large iced black».
Since all Dunkin Donuts are franchised out even though they went public a few weeks back, the pricing is obviously «special» to each store and this one was a bit pricey for my liking. Go down the street to the one on Franklin Turnpike in Ramsey and you’ll do a lot better.
Friendly staff. Clean facilities. This DD does not carry a wide selection of products like other DD in the area do.
