Sams Floor Covering on Rt. 6 in Mahopac had a engineered hardwood floor I really liked. We paid, had the floor installed and immediately noticed the boards were installed crooked. I left a message at thier store right away during business hours and did not receive a call back. It took 3 days for the owner, Al Rastelli to contact me. He came to view the floor, agreed it was crooked and told me it would have to be ripped up. He brought his installer with him the next day and somehow Al no longer thought there was a problem with the floor. I asked for the installers Westchester County License number three times and Al refused to provide it.
