Terrible customer service! They don’t want to deal with issues and tell you there is nothing they can do to help! Lies, lies, lies… They are just plain lazy! Punt you to customer service. Verizon customer service was very helpful but my issue could have been quickly resolved in the store if they would just do their job! Not my first problem with this store, but now I will never go back there! Telling everyone I know and let Verizon know as well. I hope Verizon pulls their name from that store!
