I own and operate my own dent removal business and get to see behind the scenes of many body shops in my profession. The more I see behind the scenes at signature the more I love how they run and operate their business. They truly care. I love that they are locally owned and invested in the surrounding community as well. Top quality work from these guys.

Horrible, absolutely horrible.
I had a front end accident late summer 2014. I took it to them knowing their reputation, but was completely taken aback by the service I received. My service rep was Manny.
When I first got it back, they had put the wrong grill on. It was chrome instead of black. That should have been my first clue as to how much of shotty job they did.
About a week and a half later I notice a rattle coming from my front end. They forgot to put on the frame-​clips onto the headlights and running lights.
About a month later I hear another weird noise coming from my front end. After not being able to figure out what it was, I took it to the dealer. They said and showed me where Signature had simply «forgotten» to reinstall the CORE SUPPORT BOLTS. You know the one that mounts the core to the frame of the truck.
I go to school in Tyler, but was in Houston for the summer. The dealer wanted $ 500.00 and was willing to give Manny a discount, but he refused to fork out the money for their mistake. Instead he forced me to drive all the way back to them so they could fix. A four hour drive.
I will never use them, again, and I sure as hell won’t recommend them to anyone.
