The storage unit itself is sufficient, just like any other storage unit, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I reserved my storage unit online where they were advertising a discounted monthly rate. They didn’t provide the discount as advertised, we all make mistakes this is not what was most frustrating. I called the Magnolia location several times and left voice mails with NO response. I tried to call the corporate office and they told me they could not help and I had to go through the location. After leaving a message threatening to escalate the situation, i received a call back from the office. She was apologetic saying she would get it resolved immediately and call me back. I never heard back from her. I called her manager to report it. The manager called back and said she would resolve it and never did. She finally adjusted my current bill but never credited me for the 6 months that I overpaid due to an error on their part. Horrible customer service. I will be moving my stuff simply to not deal with them anymore.
