Find Rocksan’s along the route to the shopping mall — a route which once had bustling businesses, as did the mall, but now has only a few remaining businesses.
I love their red velvet cupcakes — which are enormous! — and their chicken salad sandwiches. Wash it all down with fresh brewed iced tea.
While the décor may be plain and uninspired, the staff are friendly and the portions generous. I always make a visit here when I’m in town.
