I sent a package abroad and the manager(or owner) told me that he was going to call me when the taxes of importation arrived so I could come back to the store and pay them. He called and said it was 16 something dollars. Came in and payed them. When UPS delivered the package in the destination, they said that we had to pay again. I called UPS and they said it was because I payed with a card less than 20usd so it wouldn’t be registered. So, I called the manager and told him that there was a problem with my package and immediately he started going crazy not letting me talk and saying there was no problem with it, that it was going to be delivered and that he had been monitoring it. Well, he didn’t know it had already arrived and been returned. I tried to explain to him that what I was looking for was help since I assumed it was not his fault but UPS’s. He kept yelling not letting me talk at all! Can’t believe that for 16 dollars he decided to pick a fight when I was not calling to fight! Had to tell him he lost a costumer and I was hanging up the phone. Seriously don’t use this place, if there is a problem with what you send you won’t get a calm and responsible answer from them. Horrible experience!

I had the items I was shipping pre-packaged and ready to go, but I would still classify this UPS store as very efficient. I was in and out, during lunch hour on a Monday, within minutes. This location looks well kept as well.

Quick, easy and painless… that’s what I look for when I need to ship a package. It’s a small UPS Store but it has all the bells and whistles needed for your business needs. Of course there is an added premium when using a UPS Store but it’s worth it…
