Tech Heroes

Went in today to have my charger port on my sons Nokia Lumina fixed, for some reason the port was super shotty and kept giving me trouble. Each time I brought it in they fixed it within an hour, this last time he replaced the whole port because it was old and charged me nothing, what a great group of guys. I highly recommend them if your phones/​tablets are acting up. They also sell cases, phones and tablets so its handy if you just decide to get a new phone they have them there so its really convenient. Love them there!

Tech Heroes to the rescue! Oh my, so thankful for them! I had dropped my phone and bent in the toggle button. I was working with it, but then I turned off the phone and it wouldn’t turn back on because «a key was pressed in» I thought I was going to have to buy a new $ 400 phone which I didn’t have the money for! I decided to see if Tech Heroes would be able to help. I took my phone in (no appointment) there were about 5 other people there, I didn’t have to wait long. They were very friendly. He immediately knew the issue. Told me to come back in about an hour and it would be ready. Sure enough, I came back an hour later and it was FIXED!!! whooo hooo! They charged $ 35. They opened up the phone, replaced the button/​toggle — it’s good as new! Thought it was totally worth the money seeing that I thought I might have to buy a new phone. SO pleased with them! I hope I don’t have to use them again — but if I do, I know where to go! Also learned my lesson to get a phone case! ;)

I took my phone into Tech Heroes after Best Buy said I would have to replace the phone and my cheapest of the three options they gave me was about $ 400. Then, one of the employees finally suggested Tech Heroes take a look and see what they can do. They ended up fixing my phone in about 2 minutes and it cost me nothing! I was litteraly about to spend $ 400+ to upgrade from a 6 month old Samsung S5 to a new Iphone…
Bottom line, if you have phone troubles, go to Tech Heroes fist.

Went in to US Cellular to get phone fixed or a new one. However they recommended taking my phone to TECH HEROS. I had never heard of them before. The main point is this. They rock. Saved me a ton of money buy fixing my phone. Took it all apart and put a few new pieces in it. $ 60 for and an hour wait and the phone is like new. They warranty thier work if you have any worries about that. Have no worries these guys are the real deal. Tech HEROS to the rescue.
They fix computers as well.

The guys working there were very friendly and advised me on options for fixing my phone. They estimated an hour and thirty minutes to fix and had it done in an hour! The price was fair for what they had to do and the model phone I have. I am very happy with them and the work they did. Such a great place and friendly people!

I walked in expecting to buy a cheap used phone ($ 100), because the GPS on my old phone was dying. The guy at the desk offered to try to fix it for free. He couldn’t, but he diagnosed the problem and suggested a $ 10 fix, using a part a store down the road had.
It’s not often that a repairman tries to help you for free when you want to spend $ 100, and then refers you to someone else for a $ 10 fix when he can’t do it for free.

My galaxy s3 wasn’t charging so i took it here to these dudes. They fixed it the same day within about 4 hours. Total was about $ 60. Fast reliable service.
