Staff was very rude. I am a 24 year old female and very unversed in the world of automobiles, but when I asked a couple of simple questions about my break fluid sensor that I had special ordered I was made to feel like the biggest inconvenience. I will not be returning for any car parts in the future.

the gentlemen helped me determine which part my car needed and it wasn’t too expensive to buy! when tires plus screwed me over, the employees here were happy to help me find another business to do the labor. They really helped me out today and I would highly recommend this business!

The first guy came out and tested the battery while the car was still running and said it was fully charged. Luckily another guy was willing to come back out to check it correctly(car not running) after we went back in for a second opinion. They then sold

Something bad is happening with O’Reilly stores around here… — Horribly understaffed — one lone guy on a Saturday afternoon — If the phone rings, they will answer it, even if they’re in the middle of «helping» you; no exceptions. The phone rules all. ALL. — The guy working was quite frustrated and short with everyone(yes, even phone customers) — Parts are expensive… no real deals to be had — Motor oil is pricy; 1qt of Mobil 1 synthetic is $ 9.19 here, compared to $ 6 at Wal-Mart Unfortunately, O’Reilly is the lesser of all auto parts store evils… so, I’m forced to keep shopping here, unless I can mail order.
