Small family owned business in Madison. About $ 10 for 4 ribs, 2 sides and 2 slices of toasts and some pickles. Not a bad deal at all. The ribs were pretty tasty except for the fact that they were extremely salty. I saved the leftover and tried to wash them off with some water but still very salty(even though the flavor was good). Didn’t get to try other BBQ. It was my first time seeing a place with BBQ turkey so that was interesting but unfortunately they do not have any beef selection.

My wife and I stopped here for lunch. We were interested in getting the local flavor. The service was pristine and the food was delicious. Prices were fair. My wife and I had the pulled pork sandwich platter which came with there«stew» and coleslaw. Prices were reasonable. I was told this place has limited hours to check before to make sure the place is open.

Great barbecue and stew. A nice atmosphere also. We’ve been customers for at least a decade. We always pick up a ham and some sauce for Christmas.

Look for the small red and white sign by the road. Cooking great barbecue for 22 years, this family owned and operated barbecue has all the required ribs, turkey, and pork with beans, coleslaw, and Brunswick stew. The medium thick stew was full of meat and corn. The barbecue sauce is the thin, vinegar-y, Georgia style. Portions were ample, service was friendly. There are picnic style tables inside and outside on a screened in porch.
